«I booked wrong date and the shift manager is kind enough to help me to cancel and get the refund after I made a new corrected date. But all the other staff, whether at the reception, restaurant or baggage handling are all not trained to 4-5 stars standard. Never give you a friendly smile or the guests are feel welcomed by them. But the cleaning staff are nice. Overall Hyatt needs to make sure all their staff are trained to provide friendly service and friendly personality.»

«In part this hotel is great, but it has some serious downsides. The room is fine, clean and spacious (although the finishes are very cheap). The bed is very comfortable as well as the pillows. The view is absolutely stunning and enjoying this from the bathtub is lovely and relaxing. If there are no clouds, you can see the sunset. When you arrive you feel like you’ve come to a tranquil place, but sadly this stops at around 17:30. On the streets below are restaurants and karaoke and it is like they’re singing inside your room. The insulation is terrible, both inside and outside. Staff will make sure the music is turned off around 22:30, but you have to ask, every single night. Staff and service are excellent though, very helpful and friendly. I was very disappointed by the rooftop terrace. It’s advertised with water, and plenty of seating, very bright and looking like a great place to relax. It is not, at least not anymore. As you can see in the pictures there’s no water in the basin, there’s no maintenance and everything is looking sad and rundown. Next to the hotel is a little shop, which is nice. The beach is small, but great and the sea water is lovely.»

«Me registré el 28 de mayo. Originalmente reservé una habitación con vista al jardín por 2 noches y una habitación con vista al mar por 3 noches en dos plataformas. Cuando me registré, la señorita Tang en la recepción me ascendió a una habitación con vista al mar de forma gratuita. Quedé muy satisfecho. El hotel dispone de un pueblo acuático infantil y una piscina, que les gusta especialmente a los niños, así como del V Paradise. El hotel fue inaugurado hace dos años y las habitaciones no están mal. También cuentan con platos de fruta y bebidas de cortesía. Después de partir el 2 de junio, los niños se mostraron reacios a irse, mirando la aldea acuática y la piscina. Se lo pasaron muy bien durante su viaje a Lingshui y quedaron muy satisfechos con su estadía.»

«🌟 DoubleTree by Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs – A Relaxing Family Getaway 🌟 We recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly (and yes, with the famous warm cookie!) and made us feel welcome. The absolute highlight of our stay was the pool area. There was a dedicated kids’ pool with slides that our toddler absolutely loved, and a large main pool filled with plenty of pool toys available for use (though these came at an extra charge). The relaxing hot spring pools were also a treat, with several at different temperatures to choose from. A few were unfortunately closed during our visit, but the ones that were open were fantastic for soaking and unwinding. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds and a modern, calming décor. The balcony view over the lush greenery and water was a peaceful bonus. Breakfast offered a good variety overall, but it leaned more towards Chinese cuisine with fewer Western options. Everything was fresh, the coffee was good, and the service was attentive, but guests hoping for a full Western spread might find the selection a bit limited. We travelled with our 2-year-old, and the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained facilities, and beautiful surroundings made it a great choice for our family wanting a relaxing stay. While the hotel is located a little far from busier tourist spots, we found it perfect for a quiet getaway focused on enjoying the facilities. DoubleTree by Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs is the perfect place to relax.»

«Es un hotel muy adecuado para vacaciones. Hay una playa privada dentro del hotel. Está relativamente limpia pero las olas son demasiado grandes para entrar al mar. Puedes tomar el sol en la playa y disfrutar de la brisa del mar. Al entrar desde la recepción, hay una piscina infinita pública frente a la costa, que es adecuada para tomar fotografías y registr****. El hotel organiza diferentes actividades todos los días, que son aptas para llevar a niños a participar. Esta vez tuve poco tiempo y no experimenté las instalaciones de entretenimiento, por lo que es difícil comentar. El desayuno buffet es realmente bueno, con muchas categorías y la reposición es muy oportuna. El almuerzo y la cena tienen precios básicamente normales. Si no necesita atracciones de las fuerzas especiales, puede qued**** tranquilo en el hotel. Esta vez me quedé en Youlan Residence Cuando me registré, recibí un minibar, un plato de frutas y un lindo cachorro hecho con toallas de baño dobladas en la cama. La villa tiene su propia pequeña piscina para sumergirse. La vegetación circundante es muy buena, por lo que hay muchos mosquitos, así que tenga cuidado para evitar las picaduras. Hay una mosca en el ungüento. El hotel se construyó durante mucho tiempo y las instalaciones de las habitaciones están relativamente envejecidas. Espero que se puedan optimizar en el futuro.»

«La habitación es la misma que la foto introducida. Cuando llegué a la recepción, porque la habitación temprana que iba no se ha ido, así que la recepción nos dejará de descansar o ir a la playa primero. Pregunto si hay alguna herramienta de arena para niños. La recepción llegó inmediatamente. El servicio es muy bueno. La playa está detrás del hotel, Pase 2-3 minutos, muy cerca. Al mediodía puedo entrar en la habitación, traje a los niños a la habitación, la habitación es una habitación y una habitación, muy limpia, super grande balcón, inteligente, con lavadora especial, lavavajillas calientes y grandes, la ventana es el jardín de abajo, personalmente no creo que sea necesario tener una habitación de paisaje, Porque está cerca de la playa, todavía puede oír las ondas de la noche, así que si quiero dormir ligeramente, no necesitamos una sala de paisaje. Puede ver el sol salir a la playa. Para cambiar los toallas o tener un servicio diario, el hotel puede hacerlo. Me gusta ver los malos comentarios, pero también quiero ver el contenido, así que esta vez es muy sensato elegir a Qing Water Bay para media verano, y realmente me gusta el patrón de la habitación. «陵水之行入住之南海景酒店相當哇塞哦，來之前在各個平台看了好久海邊的民宿，之南是最漂亮的也最新零差評果斷沖。從海口坐動車到陵水站，再滴滴到酒店不到40分鐘車程，司機很好很親切熱情所以即使一個人旅行也👌，進酒店的路在改建，可以聯繫酒店管家來接，走路也就幾分鐘，車也是可以直接開到門口的哦，自駕車可以停門口很方便。酒店從外觀看就很亮眼絕對是整條街最靚的仔，進入大廳開始整個人放鬆下來，接待的小姐姐小哥哥真的很親切沒有程式化服務，可以用温情來形容，瞬間沒了陌生和戒備感。咖啡廳很有感覺哦，最最最推薦咖啡師小姐姐真的是專業➕熱愛，🈶️精心挑選的豆子可供選擇哦，喜歡喝咖啡的朋友真的有福啦。 🈶️電梯很方便，管家幫忙提行李超貼心哦，房間很大漂亮話不多説請好好欣賞⬇️圖，實景更美，對於來自大四川的我從小對大海的執念，站到落地窗前有被震撼到，門口🈶️電線桿但絲毫不影響，拍照找好角度依然出片，介意的朋友可以提前聯繫管家訂高樓層海景房推薦01號房型。特別乾淨可以光腳踩地上涼快舒服，品牌床墊不是特軟那種很舒服，床品乾淨整潔，泡池乾淨還貼心準備玫瑰花瓣浪漫的哦，洗漱用品小瓶裝好用，好香，浴巾毛巾很乾凈很軟。入住🈶️歡迎水果，都好甜呀，每天一份講真我都不用再自己買水果啦，還有咖啡券哦👏 樓頂有游泳池，拍照巨巨巨出片，每天酒店大哥都會清洗換水，所以小孩兒也可以放心遊泳。原本衹訂了2晚中轉之後去亞龍灣，結果第二天清晨醒來叫智能小管家打開窗簾，就這樣靜靜地躺在床上看着窗外碧海藍天，漁船來來往往，時間彷彿靜止了，那一刻真的卸下了生活的沉重與疲憊，真正感受到旅行，度假的意義，美好即當下，我的人生或許真的會有更多可能，隨即取消了後面的所有行程，這一次不再當特種兵，我衹想好好陪着我愛的同樣愛我的人享受當下！感恩遇見——之南，如同我離開時對可愛可親的姐姐講的：我會再回來的，希望再見時啊，我們都會相視一笑輕聲問候：嘿，好久不見！！！»

From the moment we arrived, Elena greeted us warmly and took care of our every need throughout our stay. She was always available for communication, whether in person or over the phone (or texting via WeChat) making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed. Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. She arranged for the pianist to play a heartfelt rendition of ”Happy Birthday,” creating a memorable and touching moment that we will cherish forever. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture, combining luxurious comfort with a cozy atmosphere.
