Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lincoln South

角部屋にしてもらえたおかげで部屋がとても広く快適でした。 しかし、５人で予約を取っていましたが、部屋にはタオルなど備品が３人分しかなかったのは残念でした。 大抵のホテルの場合４人分しかないのでチェックインの時に１枚もらって部屋に上がります、またフロントまで行くのは面倒です。

Stayed for three nights to bicycle the city. Great location, quiet, safe, low traffic, easy parking and easy access to the biking paths. Haven’t stayed in an express for awhile and was amazed by the modern spacious room. The room had many convenient features, loved the usb charging station, coat hooks on the wall, soap dispensers in the shower, great lighting and plenty of storage areas. The pillow top bed was comfortable, just right, sheets were soft. Good water pressure in the large walk-in shower. We didn’t get around to using the pool this trip, but we did check out the facility, clean and good temperature. The best was the large breakfast selection to fuel our biking day. The warm cinnamon rolls were great and waffle maker seemed popular with the kids. The breakfast staff was attentive, and kept the food well stocked and the dining area clean. Would recommend if you want a quiet comfort stay. Not going to stay downtown any more too noisy, stressful and expensive parking and restaurants. Check out Fireworks and Lazlo’s restaurants just north of this hotel. Also grabbed sushi at Sam’s Club across the street for dinner in the room after biking.

I was highly impressed with this hotel. Not only was the service impeccable but the rooms and all other facilities were very clean and well maintained. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family in the future! 10/10 indeed!

I am shocked at how bad this hotel is. How can it be called a HIX? The entire hotel was dirty through and through, run down, and the front desk clerk made sure we understood how inconvenienced he was to pull away from his phone to check us in. The bathroom was a thing of beauty with stains, mold, sticky floors, empty shampoo/conditioner bottles, and a tp roll hanger that was hanging by one screw, barely. The TV didn't work at all. The closed window leaked water all over the floor during the night. I would avoid this place like the plague.

A friend and I booked this hotel through Priceline late one evening while making a 23 hour drive home. The receptionist was nice and checked us in. My friend commented on the walk to the room that it was odd how clearly you could smell cigarette smoke considering it was a Holiday Inn. Upon entering room, immediately noticed the white bedspread had a large reddish, brown stain. We requested another room. Upon entering second room, we are now being mindful of cleanliness. My friend almost immediately flips a pillow over to find two small dried blood stains along with numerous, older brown stains on the pillow. At this point, we no longer feel comfortable staying at this hotel. It has now been 4 days and Priceline along with the Holiday Inn continue to refuse to reimburse us for the room. I guess their parent company’s “IHG Clean Promise.” Absolutely do not recommend Priceline or the Holiday Inn.

The check in person Claudia was nice and friendly and check in was a breeze. When walking to the room the my put us on the second floor when we have a dog. What I thought was strange was the room smelled like fresh paint which We couldn’t barely breathe in. However the front desk was very accommodating and put us in a different room on the first floor was the same setup. The room was nice two king beds decent bathroom and TV. It was also nice there was a fridge but no freezer if you want or expect it. They have a good breakfast eggs, bagels, pancakes juices and coffee. The biggest negative to me is that if you have a dog be warned there’s a lot of dog poop that wasn’t picked up. Also the room above us was rude there a lot of jumping or loudness that woke me up. And late at night. We stayed in room 115 As a silly small negative if you plan on connecting internet to a game system there it doesn’t work but I don’t think it’s 100% the hotels fault.

This is a newer place that we found was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was betty than at other places, but the eating area was very small for a hotel of this size. The front desk lady was friendly and helpful when we discovered that our reservation got lost. Luckily, the hotel was not busy. Our only concern was the breakfast lady who seemed interested in watching us eat, and sitting in a chair that could be used for guests eating breakfast.

Booking online was a hassle but after gaining a reservation at the IHG my experience changed. The receptionist Leslie was extremely professional and kind. You could tell she definitely valued her job and cared about the customers experience. She was extremely helpful in resolving an issue with the reservation. I plan on visiting Nebraska in the future and will definitely be going back to This particular IHG.
