Hotel was clean and nice. Service was also very good. They took initiative to prepare for arrival to make it as seamless as possible. Location is in Lijiang ancient city, which is convenient for shopping, touring in the area and meals. Daily breakfast was delicious. View overlooks the ancient city with an astounding night view. The staff are friendly and always welcome chats over tea. Definitely gave a warm and friendly vibe. Thankful for them to carry our luggages when checking in and out

This has got to be the best experience we had! Service is top notch and incomparable. Personal and very dependable team of staff. Nothing not to like about this hotel and experience. Felt like home and view from the breakfast place is great! We changed our room type for the last night just to experience the room facing the ancient city - great! Floor is heated and very comfortable :) Highly recommend! This place is the best! I will definitely return again.

Had 6 wonderful nights stay at the hotel. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to Lijiang ancient town. The hotel is built with ancient architecture but the interior is very modern. The environment is peaceful and the hotel overlook the entire old ancient city. The view is breathtaking. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The room is equipped with heated flooring and mattress. The hotel manager, 小唐 is very thoughtful. He always check in on us to ensure that we are comfortable and ensure that our requests are met. He always serves us tea, chat with us whenever he is free and explain China history which was very interesting. He personally cut fruits for us which was so nice of him. When we were out the whole day, he will turn on the aircon in our room to ensure that we come back to a warm room after a long day. It’s our first trip to China and we have very good impression of the country because of 小唐. His service is top notch 👍 and the gold standard for the hospitality industry. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Lijiang. Yunnan is such a beautiful place and the people are kind and warm.
