From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The staff at this hotel truly redefines what hospitality means—every single team member we encountered greeted us with a warm smile and genuine eagerness to help. Check-in was a breeze, and we were personally escorted to our room from the gate to the hotel with thoughtful touches already waiting for us (welcoming tea ceremony).
What really stood out was how the staff anticipated our needs before we even voiced them. The service was seamless, heartfelt, and personal.
This wasn’t just a hotel stay—it was a warm, welcoming experience that left us smiling long after we checked out. If you value genuine care and world-class service, look no further.

I highly recommend this hotel if you like to experience the feeling of going back to time in an ancient city.
The young Boss and his staff's are very friendly though they can speak limited English.
You must call them when you arrive so that they can come out to help you with your luggage. The path leading to the hotel is cobber stones.
The Boss is so friendly and volunteer to bring us around the ancient town and also brew PuEr tea for us.

I can't explain how much the guy at the reception helped us like for booking jade dragon show, bus information for tiger leaping gorge and many other things. Hotel is right in old town with various food places around. This hotel also has very famous hot pot restaurant which was always busy. It is around less than 10 minutes walk to come outside old town to catch taxi to various places. There are many shops around for convenience. It was a very good choice. We loved staying here. And yeah the most famous lijiang old street with water canal is right behind this hotel for amazing photo opportunities.

Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and eager to help plan our itinerary during our stay. There were a few elders in my group and staff members were outstanding in providing accommodating service to ensure the best possible experience for them.

Great location, great service, and value for money. Great experience staying in a nicely renovated ancient building with the original Bai tribe’s architectural design. Wonderful and very hospitable staff, very responsive and always ready to help. Highly recommend.

I booked this hotel for my trip to Lijiang with my friends. The hotel location is inside Lijiang Gucheng (old town) but near the entrance which makes it easy for customers to navigate. The receptionist and other workers are very welcoming, polite and warm to us. We stayed for 3 nights, the cleanliness of the room is tip top and our things remain protected. The room service included with afternoon tea set, very impressive. The worker also diligently helped us carry our luggages. Overall my friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. If I were to come to Lijiang, I will definitely stay here again.
