Such a fantastic discovery in Lijiang! We stayed 3 nights in this new B & B and its decor, service and security all equivalent to hotel standard. It is in a super location. Moreover the boss was very generous and gave us complimentary drinks.

從來沒有如此的喜歡過一個酒店，因為這家新開業的酒店促銷特意把原來長白山的行程改來了麗江。
設施：本次實際入住的是親子房，本身就是新開業酒店，設施都很在線，特別是有一些值得深挖的小細節。床頭配有免費的1拖3數據線，以及小工具盒，還配有手沖咖啡用品，minibar提供特色啤酒，提供的洗浴用品都是Balmain的，並且全屋地暖在冬天都可以不用開空調。
衞生：本身預訂的是雙床房，因為到的時候是深夜本來的房間有一點點衞生問題，工作人員很快的幫忙升級更換房間，新房間衞生就是標準水平。
環境：酒店本身在古城邊緣，有自己的門進出古城，並且設計非常用心，忍不住在酒店都拍了很多張照片，並且酒店自己有養梅花鹿～
服務：連住3晚體驗下來給我的印象就是服務非常熱情。從提供免費接送，以及深夜到的酒店門口都有工作人員等待提取行李。每次遇見都會很熱情很主動的問好，主動詢問下午茶需求以及晚安甜湯需求。早餐是半自助式的，主食有附圖。上菜很快，並且入住期間同時用餐桌數不超過5桌，非常舒適。
整體體驗下來，這次帶家人入住這家酒店的體驗是可以列入人生top體驗的，家人們也都很滿意。如果説下次還有機會並且實力允許的話會選擇回住這家酒店，畢竟價格貴不是他的問題是我的問題）

給滿分酒店-檀程紀
我們是麗江婚禮賓客入住酒店，有長者小孩、家人朋友。
酒店地理位置堪稱完美，在麗江古城門口，出門步行不到1分鐘101公交（前往玉龍雪山景區始發站），2分鐘忠義市場，7分鐘昭慶花鳥市場，附近熱門景點打車也很方便。
酒店新開不足一年，四方廟會舊樓翻新，小橋流水、雕樑畫棟，全胡桃木實木傢俱，全屋地暖+空調，觀景台可以直接看到玉龍雪山，公共區域落地大玻璃，寬敞明亮，綠植鮮花都裝飾着角角落落，酒店廚房自製鮮花餅也可以自由取用。
我們一共定了30間晚房，入住包含接送機、歡迎水果和紅酒、迷你吧、晚安湯、離店伴手禮等等，每天都有飲品，現磨咖啡、鮮榨果汁，咖啡豆真的很香，真的很好喝！得到了親友們一致好評。
酒店就算基礎房40平起，推薦基礎房的雙床房，近五六十平，感覺它是按套內面積。智能馬桶，科勒衞浴，直淋式淋浴頭居然在淋浴房外有開關，怕你直接開水淋到冷水或者不小心按錯了，設計太貼心了。備品太匆忙了沒注意，牙膏是雲南白葯小支裝，很符合當地（金茂璞修貴一倍，是高露潔，哈哈哈），三口數據線、一盒洗臉巾、文具用品、備用帆布袋等等。手磨咖啡一整套工具和當地現烘咖啡豆，有手藝的不要錯過，真不戳！

房間設施不錯，衞生整潔。服務超出預期，我是登機後飛機等起飛的時候定的房間，預訂後立馬有人聯繫我接機事宜（超級高效，我本來都不知道有接機）。入住後，迎賓點心，下午茶，超級貼心，晚上溜街回來前台問房間號要送甜湯（實在吃不下了，婉拒）。第二天早餐也很棒，會有人跟你介紹店裡幾個特別菜式的特點，退房的時候又送了離店伴手禮。關鍵：位置很好，直通古城，周邊便利，還能在酒店平台看日照金山（我起晚了且雲多，沒怎麼看到）。

幫客户家人預訂了這家酒店，客户反饋特別好！辦理入住時，前台不僅效率高，還貼心地幫忙升級房型，給客户帶來了意外驚喜。客房安靜，設施備品高端有檔次，很給漲臉。酒店的早餐特別豐富，還有當地特色的火腿，特別好。這次預訂超成功，我客户相當滿意。

在麗江古城住過五家酒店，這家是最差的。唯一還行的就是服務，前台幫忙搬行李叫車送甜品很辛苦，服務態度很不錯。
缺點太多數不清。
1.新裝修的酒店味道很大，換房衹是味道變小，帶小孩的別住。
2.衹有第一天暖和，第二天地暖空調開始罷工，屋內冷。
3.進門沒有衣架，這幾天剛好下雨，濕衣服不能進衣櫃衹能掛浴缸上。
4.去古城的側門是門栓開門，古城進來衹能給前台打電話幫忙開門，很麻煩，建議換成刷房卡的。
5.定的水景房，河道一直沒有水，説是漏雨檢修，拖了三天也沒水，景觀是一點沒有。
6.最關鍵的一點，住了三天，第二天沒熱水，第三天得放十分鐘才有熱水，水流超級小，洗澡很冷很冷，浴缸也沒用上，趕緊換酒店了。
7.送的下午茶，咖啡吧機器壞了兩天，雲南手沖有點酸喝不慣，想喝點別的沒有。

【麗江古城檀程紀·令人難忘的完美體驗】
這次入住的檀程紀客棧徹底顛覆了我對民宿的認知！從踏入院門的那一刻起，就感受到管家團隊春風化雨般的熱情，不僅主動幫忙提行李、贈送手繪地圖，還貼心地根據天氣推薦了三條特色遊玩路線。每個員工都像老朋友般親切，晚上回來總能喝到温熱的普洱茶，雨天還會收到前台小姐姐遞來的薑茶驅寒。
客棧本身就像件藝術品，百年納西老宅被改造成兼具古樸韻味與現代舒適的庭院。我們住的星空房能望見玉龍雪山，實木傢俱散發著淡淡松香，床品柔軟得讓人不想起床。清晨在開滿多肉的花園裡享用過橋米線，聽着檐角風鈴的叮咚聲，彷彿時光都變得温柔。
地理位置更是無可挑剔，步行三分鐘就到四方街，卻能完美避開喧囂。無論是情侶蜜月、家庭出遊還是閨蜜小聚，這裏都能滿足所有期待！離開時管家還贈送了自製的鮮花餅伴手禮，這樣有温度的服務和詩意的環境，絕對值得再來！

真是太滿意我自己這次的出行的選擇啦。雖然選的天氣不是很好但是這家酒店好滿意。小姐姐小哥哥們都特別熱情，長相也都好乖。環境非常好，又遇到了下雪🌨️真是太美了。每個工作人員都好親和力。這裏真的是一步一個民宿，但是我覺得還是要住這裏不僅交通方便而且感覺很有檔次。早餐也很豐富。還有下午茶我選了煮紅酒好好喝～總之雖然天氣不好可是住的很舒心呢～然後雲南這邊的地真的都好滑啊，走廊露天淋雨的地方如果可以鋪美觀一點的防滑墊就更好了，我也差點滑倒🤣
