Mi amiga y yo nos alojamos en este hotel tres noches y lo pasamos de maravilla. Es uno de los mejores hoteles en los que nos alojamos durante nuestro viaje de 12 días a Lijiang y Shangri-La por muchas razones.
1) Si te alojas más de tres noches, ofrecen servicio gratuito de recogida o traslado. Mi amiga llegó sola a Lijiang a medianoche y no hablaba chino con fluidez, así que necesitaba que alguien la recogiera y la llevara sana y salva al hotel. Por suerte, el personal de Monai lo hizo por nosotros.
2) El hotel está fuera del casco antiguo, así que se puede llegar en taxi. Si te alojas dentro del casco antiguo, tienes que bajarte en la entrada y caminar hasta el hotel, lo que puede ser bastante complicado para quienes lo visitan por primera vez. Tardamos solo unos minutos en llegar al casco antiguo desde el hotel y el Estanque del Dragón ***** también está a pocos minutos.
3) Lo que también me gustó de este hotel es que tiene lavadora y secadora gratuitas en la planta 5. ¡Nos encantó!
4) La comunicación con el personal por WeChat siempre fue muy fácil y rápida.
5) Por último, el precio es bastante bajo. Incluso si me cobraran el doble, consideraría quedarme allí. Lo digo en serio. 😊

The hotel is conveniently located near the North Gate of the ancient town of Lijiang, with a small stroll to the water wheel, and surrounded by lots of restaurants and supermarkets and a big shopping mall. We booked the family room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was super nice. The amenities are very modern and clean. Hotel also has washing machines and dryers. The front desk was very helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations on places to visit and also provided umbrellas for guests to use as it rained when we were there. Highly recommend this hotel!

Families trip for 12 pax , book 3 X suite and 1 x double room . The hotel is really beautiful,clean and stylish. I loved the design of the hotel so much . The location is great too , near most of the attractions , just a 10 min walk to the old town. Reception Mike is very helpful too . Still help me to order a cake to celebrate my bro birthday and recommend us to some delicious local restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Modern interior. Aesthetically beautiful rooms comes with smart functions. 2 spacious bedroom with 2 king beds. 2 bathrooms. Theres Tv in each room. Washing machine is at 6th level.
Host is very helpful and friendly. Mike went extra mile to assist our family in whatever concerns and issues. He arranged for us private trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain at a reasonable price. Even though we cannot speak their language there is no problem. We can communicate via translator using wechat or google translate. Hotel has a rooftop deck where you can see beautiful sunrise.
Do check out Red Sun Square mall. Its located nearby and underground. Selling nice fashionable winter clothes at reasonable price.
For Muslim travellers do not need to worry. Many Halal food available across the street. Just walk around and to find logo ‘Qing Zhen Shi Pin’.
Note: this hotel allowed smoking in the premise. If you are coming with families with young children and are not comfortable with cigarette smell, you might want to request for non smoking room.
