Location of hotel is very convenient - just outside of the Ancient City with free parking. Was greeted by an intern staff - very friendly and helpful. Got a free upgrade to a family suite upon checkin. Room is clean, spacious & cosy. However, you can hear the music from the Ancient City nite life. The restaurant up on the 4th level gives a very beautiful view of the city. Serves breakfast buffet - simple, nice. Would love to go back again!

Service at reception was helpful and prompt, and pick up at airport was easily arranged. Breakfast at restaurant had. Vantage view with choices of Chinese, western and desserts, including a coffee machine. Housekeeping needs to improve to be more attentive to details so that it can be on par with international hotels. Walking distance to water wheel and lots of eateries around.

We had a great stay at this hotel the location is very convenient in Lijiang ancient town but it’s by the street so that cars can stop by the entrance of the hotel. We were welcomed by the front desk team that helped with our luggage. We initially booked a twin room but the room we had booked was a bit dark and we asked if there was any other room available. One of the employees named 阿鑫 quickly helped us to check and offered us an upgrade to a suite instead which was much better. The room was very clean and modern with a beautiful view of the ancient town. We also received free minibar and welcome fruits which was very nice. Furthermore, 阿鑫 helped us to introduce all the important tourist attractions and restaurants as well as bars. She helped to book tickets for the attractions that we wanted to visit and also followed up to see that we were happy. Her friendly and professional service made us feel very happy and we enjoyed our short stay in Lijiang very much.

Had a pleasant 1 night stay at the hotel after experiencing a night at a traditional inn. The hotel is clean and quiet, equipped with modern facilities that makes your stay convenient and effortless… There is a small gym located on the 4th level, as well as a dining area which has a splendid view with the mountains in the backdrop. Breakfast was also great with a decent spread of mostly local dishes to fill your tummy and energise you before your long day exploring the snow mountain area or the bustling ancient city streets. Would recommend! 🙂

Good location where there is not much dragging of the luggage that needs to be done. Staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. The room that was assigned to us was great. There is also a small play area for the kids to hang out. There are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, detergents are complementary. Breakfast and afternoon tea is at the highest level, where u can have a great view. Overall, it was a good deal, and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location! Good amenities and of course a great view from the old town rooms :)
