We booked the hotel and informed them 2 weeks in advance that we would arrive late d. 15 February we actually write that we expect to be there at 01.00 d. 16 February. We drive from Denmark and arrived precisely 01.00. The door was locked and no one has informed us about the key. We called the hotel and spoke with the owner. He was extremely angry because I disturbed his beauty sleep. I told him that we have been driving 11 hours from Denmark and already mentioned our late arrive. He told me he was sleeping and don’t want to open. He asked if it was my car on the Square if it was he told me there would be a market in the morning. So he could see my car but don’t want to help. This is the worth service I’ve ever had from a Hitel and I have stayed in a LOT !!!
