It's a very nice hotel with very good service. The food in their restaurant is very good too! One thing though - my husband and I booked the room with the private bath, and it's great, but the screen is very see through. So if you turn on the lights at night, you'll be a public show! We just soaked in the dark...

Después de llamar al jefe en la ciudad condita, salimos a buscarnos. Durante el camino, nos llevamos a la puerta del hotel, y preparamos muchas frutas y platos. El estilo de decoración del hotel es tibetano, Tiene características muy populares locales, las instalaciones del hotel también son perfectas, el ascensor, el Wi-Fi y el agua caliente están garantizados 24 horas. El jefe también nos ha presentado muchas culturas nacionales locales. La temperatura es muy diferente por la mañana y por la noche. El jefe nos ha invitado a quemarnos juntos. El hotel está tranquilo y cómodo y es muy limpio. Es una buena experiencia de alojamiento. Ven aquí a visitar y empujar al hotel.

The room is spacious and well equipped. The staff is really helpful. We can contact them ciao Wechat to ask or request more information.
Though, the room has well decorated, the scenery from our room is not that expected. There is destruction building located nearby. Also, there is always having cigarette smell in the room and hallway which is normal condition when you travel in China.
Anyway, compensation with the kindness of staff, and location, this hotel is still in recommended range from my perspective.

BBinh GFantastic stay. Shout out to the guy at the front desk. He provided pickup from Maoxian station, two ways to Bipenggou and gave us a ride to the bus station. He even let us pick a few things from the breakfast for my child so that she could eat along the way.
Hotel location was great, not far from the city centre. The hotel also had a hotpot restaurant on the second floor so we spent dinner here without walking to anywhere. Hotel amenities were great too, you can have everything you need. The decoration was another plus point. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

UUsuario invitadoWalkable distance to Bipenggou ticket office. Nice and spacious room. They provided disposable towel. So bring your own if you prefer a fluffy fabric one. Dinner at the hotel was delicious. However, breakfast was Chinese breakfast style. So if you're vegetarian or at the age that prefers green than meat, then breakfast here is so perfect to you. Staff were nice and helpful. I was there from late Nov to early Dec. The weather was really cold. The floor heater in the room keeps stopping working. Staff came to fix it, but after that it stopped again and again.

UUsuario invitado許久未曾出遊，這次心血來潮，決定自駕前往畢棚溝。一路上，窗外的風景如詩如畫，儘管風有些大，但也吹散了久居城市的沉悶。若是帶孩子同行的朋友，可一定要記得帶上羽絨服和感冒沖劑，以防着涼。
沿着理小路前行，路邊酒店林立，而其中一家温泉酒店瞬間吸引了我的目光。酒店外觀典雅，周邊環境清幽，當即決定在此落腳。我們一家三口出行，這個季節來畢棚溝，賞雪自是必不可少的項目，而酒店的温泉更是讓疲憊的身心有了棲息之所。玩累了一天後，泡在温暖的温泉裏，所有的疲憊都漸漸消散，隨後回到房間便能安然入睡，第二天又能精神抖擻地開啟新的旅程。
我們預訂的房間給了我們極大的驚喜，裏面竟然帶有小童帳篷。孩子一進房間就被帳篷吸引，自顧自地在裏面玩耍起來，不亦樂乎，讓我們也有了難得的休閑時光。房間套餐包含早餐且可暢享温泉，價格也十分公道合理，性價比超高。更貼心的是，酒店還配備了充電樁，對於像我們這樣自駕出行的人來説，實在是太方便了，完全不用擔心車輛充電問題。
酒店的地理位置相當優越，周邊餐館眾多，美食選擇豐富多樣。無論是想品嚐當地特色菜餚，還是來點家常口味，都能輕鬆找到心儀的去處。當然，酒店自身的餐廳也別具一格，菜品精緻美味，服務周到熱情。
走進酒店內部，環境宜人，裝修以暖色調為主，休息區的有沙發，窗户是落地窗，坐在哪裡可以看到窗外的景色。公共區域乾淨整潔，綠植擺放恰到好處，營造出一種温馨舒適的氛圍。房間內設施齊全，床品柔軟舒適，衞生間乾淨清爽，洗漱用品都是很齊全的。每一處細節都考慮得極為周到，讓我們有了賓至如歸的感覺。
酒店的服務人員更是給我們留下了深刻的印象。從辦理入住手續時的熱情接待，到在酒店內遇到問題時的耐心解答和及時處理，每一個環節都讓我們感受到了他們的專業與真誠。無論是詢問周邊景點的遊玩攻略，還是需要額外的物品和服務，他們總是面帶微笑，盡心盡力地滿足我們的需求。
在畢棚溝遊玩的過程中，我們在海子溝留下了許多美好的回憶。那天天氣寒冷，天空中還飄起了點點飛雪。在這如詩如畫的美景中拍照留念，每一張照片都無需過多修飾，便已美輪美奐。而回到酒店後，衹需在房間內隨手一拍，外面的美景便能盡收鏡頭之中，同樣出片效果極佳。

HHanzern CityAlthough the staffs cannot speak English, they have tried their best to support us. The hotel is closed to Bipenggou Ticket & Entrance. Everything is good and new. They served snacks in the evening.

Lleonlow91Excellent hotel with superb service. During check-in, our receptionist Da Tingting 大婷婷 was very prompt in assigning room and provided us all the information to explore the resort.
We added wechat to communicate during our stay and she was very fast to respond to our requests, including asking for more bottles of water than provided, setting up our room's hot spring for us and also arranging for buggy ride to the main building for breakfast next morning.
She also extended our checkout by 1 hour upon requests.
Ramada Guergou is the best hotel we stayed at during our Chuanxi roadtrip. The breakfast had variety and quality. And the experience here is definitely worth the money spent.
