Nothing special here. Just about as expected. Staff seemed a bit overworked/short but that's everywhere now. Hallway felt a little damp and dimly lit. Continental breakfast was top notch for a $100 hotel room. We chose this hotel primarily as we knew we would get in pretty late but wanted a hotel that had a pool open past 9PM. This hotel has an 11PM pool. It was nothing special but again, it was decent and the kids enjoyed it. A/C worked very well and beds were sufficient. We were rather pleased with our room. The bathroom tub was about 1/2 newly caulked and half that wasn't which made it looks super cheap and super trendy. TV was ok although its very old school without an electronic guide so you had to actually flip channels to find what you wanted (the horror, right?). Overall, a pleasant stay although nothing it's immediately say stopped us in our tracks.

We have stayed there many times in the past and it was excellent. After the renovations a couple of years ago, it is even better now. We stayed there for nine nights while my wife was in the hospital at UK. I am hard pressed to find any negatives, but if there is one, it was that there was no whole milk at breakfast. That's it. The breakfast selections were good, and varied each day, but there were pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, biscuits, juices, and coffee. There were also about nine restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. I have stayed at luxury hotels costing three times what we paid here, and did not get the service and comfort that we got at this hotel. The lobby, food area, and rooms were spotless clean as were the grounds outside. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were nice size. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating and did everything in their power to make us feel at home during our stay. Every time we came back from the hospital, the staff asked how my wife was doing. They genuinely cared. A day after we got home, the staff called us because we left something in the room, but the first thing they asked, was how my wife was. Roberto, and RJ went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The owner of the hotel, Sahil, made sure that we got the room that we needed when I spoke to him before we arrived. Every hotel everywhere can learn a lesson about customer service from this Holiday Inn Express. It is no surprise that they have a display case with their awards displayed. I cannot say enough good about this facility and it's staff, but I will say that this hotel is now my first choice when going to Lexington!

Embassy Suites always impresses with their spacious and thoughtfully designed layouts, and this hotel is no exception. The wide-open spaces on every floor create a welcoming atmosphere without feeling cluttered. Just walking in makes you feel special, almost like a VIP. Our room was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I genuinely wish we could have stayed more than one night. The entire property has a lovely, comfortable, and safe vibe, which we absolutely loved. The reason I'm only giving four stars is due to the experience we had with the front desk staff. Unfortunately, the gentleman at the front desk did not make us feel welcome, and front desk employees are often the first impression of the property. I had already completed a digital check-in, but when I arrived at the desk, I was struggling with the app due to a phone call interruption. I mentioned that I might need help, but he didn't acknowledge me. I stood there for about five minutes, waiting for my husband to come in from parking the car. I made a casual remark about how nice the hotel was, but he only glanced at me without responding. While I don’t expect a red carpet treatment, basic politeness and a simple greeting would have gone a long way in setting a positive tone. Additionally, the bar area was crowded, and the manager's reception was in full swing, but there was only one server/bartender. After waiting 10 minutes to place a drink and food order, we decided to leave and dine at Palmer's, located right behind the hotel. Despite these two issues, we would definitely stay here again. It's a beautiful property, wonderfully maintained, and in a great location.

My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Lexington/Hampton area. Our stay was outstanding, not only did they quickly check us in, but when we asked where the ice machine was, the guys at the desk offered to get it for us. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was the same. I did not get the front desk persons name and I am sorry I didn’t. When we left the front desk person ( the same person who checked us in) called us to let us know that I left my coat in the room. The hospitality that was offers to my wife and I was outstanding

El servicio es muy bueno aquí, así como la limpieza. La habitación es muy espaciosa, no se siente calambre como otros moteles / hoteles en los que he estado. Otra cosa que me gustó de este lugar es que en el tercer piso hay un lavadero de invitados donde vas a usar las máquinas por una cierta cantidad de monedas y tienes que traer tu propio detergente. Debido a COVID-19, sirven el desayuno en bolsas de papel que están disponibles entre las 6 y las 9 a.m., dicho desayuno es un plátano, una botella de agua y una barra NutriGrain. La persona del frente estaba ahogada al intentar contestar a los teléfonos y comprobar a la gente. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. La habitación estaba limpia y el aire estaba bien en la que estaba.El reloj/puerto de carga de la cama no funcionó, el drenaje de la ducha no se mantuvo abierto, el ventilador de escape no funcionó y el agua no se desactivó para no gotar. La habitación era muy confortable y la internet estaba bien. También todos los que se quedaban en las habitaciones han de ser identificados y todos los visitantes han de registrarse antes de llegar a su habitación. Hay un Barrel de Cracker cerca para comer en. Hay también varias estaciones de gas cerca. Es un lugar perfecto para colapsar por una noche con un animal de compañía.
