«El servicio del hotel es excepcionalmente bueno. Se pusieron en contacto conmigo de antemano para conocer mis necesidades de viaje y me enviaron una guía. Al llegar, me asignaron una habitación según mis preferencias. La habitación venía con una bañera grande 🛁, ¡que fue lo que más le gustó a mi hijo! También había un juego de té, lo cual fue genial para mí que soy un amante del té. La señorita de la recepción fue muy atenta; no solo satisfizo todas mis solicitudes, sino que también me dio consejos útiles sobre el clima en las diferentes atracciones turísticas. ¡Un diez para ella! La próxima vez que venga a Leshan, me quedaré de nuevo en este hotel.»

«Esta fue la primera vez que visité Leshan y elegí este hotel. Quería un lugar con un pequeño patio y una habitación grande, de unos 70 metros cuadrados, así que no dudé en elegirlo. Agregué el WeChat de la recepción, y me pidieron que me bajara en el Museo de Leshan y esperara el cochecito eléctrico del hotel para que me llevara. El check-in fue muy rápido y el personal de recepción fue muy amable, incluso me ayudaron a subir mi pesada maleta. La habitación no me decepcionó: tenía un baño con ducha y bañera separados, una lavadora, y una cama grande con ropa de cama limpia y de buena calidad. Di una vuelta por el patio, que tenía una sombrilla y una mesa, y se podía salir a la calle, que supongo que es el río Min, a los pies del Gran Buda de Leshan. Durante nuestro paseo, nos encontramos con unos gatitos callejeros. El hotel ofrece desayuno, que está un poco lejos para ir caminando, así que recomiendo usar el cochecito eléctrico. La variedad de desayunos es amplia. La parada del autobús lanzadera del lugar turístico está a solo cincuenta metros de la salida del hotel, lo cual es muy conveniente. En general, fue una experiencia excelente y estoy muy satisfecho. La actitud del servicio es muy buena.»

«Estuvo maravilloso!!! Estoy viajando con mi hijo y no hablamos Chino, las chicas de recepción solucionaron todos los detalles. Nos dieron una gran habitación, de hecho la recepcionista del turno de la noche nos acompañó a un lugar a cenar. La regadera era deliciosa, la bañera, la cama. Las cortinas inteligentes. «This was one of the best hotels we stayed in while travelling China. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast, which was delivered to our room, was nutritious and delicious. The room itself was so spacious, the bed was really comfortable, and unlike most hotels the room had its own heating and cooling. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again without hesitation.»

«Viajar con niños de improviso y uno de los primeros lugares a los que queríamos ir era Leshan. Basándome en las recomendaciones de Ctrip, elegí el ”Laxi River View Hotel”, y mi experiencia personal demuestra que tanto las instalaciones como los servicios de este hotel superan con creces las expectativas por su relación calidad-precio. La recepción fue atenta y amable, ofreciéndonos opciones de habitaciones, y finalmente elegimos la del segundo piso para disfrutar mejor de las vistas al río. Incluso nos prepararon una merienda especial y el vestíbulo es precioso para sacar fotos. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, con la calle de comida Shangzhongshun y el hermoso paisaje ribereño justo debajo, y también está cerca de la zona escénica del Gran Buda de Leshan. Por la noche, mi hijo se dio un baño y toda la fatiga desapareció, durmiendo plácidamente toda la noche. ¡La próxima vez que volvamos a Leshan, elegiremos de nuevo el Laxi Hotel!»

Sin embargo, está situado en una calle antigua, tranquila y agradable, ideal para alejarse del bullicio de la metrópolis china. No se permite la circulación de vehículos en la zona, y la calle está bordeada de edificios históricos y grandes árboles, lo que la convierte en un lugar perfecto para pasear, relajarse y observar a la gente. El hotel se pondrá en contacto con usted antes de su llegada y le ofrecerá un servicio gratuito de traslado en transporte eléctrico. Hay muy pocas opciones para comer en el hotel y sus alrededores. El hotel ofrece un menú vegetariano, que es bastante caro, al igual que todo en la zona. Sin embargo, a solo 10-20 minutos a pie, cruzando el puente, encontrará varias opciones, así como tiendas. Y si va por la noche, podrá ver a la gente bailando en el paseo marítimo, cantando karaoke o jugando a las cartas, además de poder hacerse una limpieza de oídos, una pedicura o un corte de pelo. El desayuno era tipo bufé un día e incluía platos chinos como huevos fritos y tostadas. El segundo día disfrutamos de un desayuno chino tradicional. La habitación era agradable y contaba con su propio sistema de calefacción/aire acondicionado. En general, la limpieza podría haber sido mejor, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el precio. El personal estuvo bien. La atención fue mejor que la que se recibe en cualquier hotel norteamericano, pero en otros hoteles el servicio fue excesivo, así que, aunque el servicio fue excelente, hay margen de mejora. Si bien todo el mundo viene a esta zona por el Buda, recomendaría venir aquí para escapar del bullicio de China. Se puede ir andando a la estatua del Buda o hacer un paseo en barco desde el hotel, o bien hay un servicio de transporte eléctrico económico (15 yuanes) que se puede usar durante todo el día si se está fuera caminando.»

«The most notable parts of our stay were the service and the hotel design. Firstly, the hotel is beautifully designed with such a peaceful atmosphere. Secondly, we experienced some issues with the amenities but the service by the front desk and other staff was excellent. Our issue with the amenities was a shower that did not drain the used water, and therefore prevented us from using the bath tub which was meant to be the defining point of our stay at the hotel. Once the water finally drained at midnight, the drain started emitting a stale, moldy smell that filled the room. The front desk staff were quick to understand and apologize for the issue with the amenities and stated that they would resolve it ASAP for next guest.»

«¡Qué hotel tan bonito! Está situado en una ubicación estratégica, en pleno centro de la ciudad donde se encuentra el Buda Gigante (a unos 800 m de la puerta de entrada). La calle peatonal donde se encuentra el hotel tiene una iluminación preciosa y colorida por la noche hasta las 23:00. Xiaoyan, el personal del hotel, es muy amable y me acompañó a mi habitación, explicándome todo sobre su funcionalidad. El registro de entrada también fue muy eficiente. Gracias. Cenamos y desayunamos en el hotel. La comida estaba riquísima y, en mi opinión, a un precio muy competitivo en comparación con los precios en los Países Bajos. El ambiente del bar con vistas al río es agradable. Sin duda, quiero volver pronto.»
