Well, first of all we arrive at this hotel on December 30,2022 at 4:00am. So infront of the reception we were waiting until it is open it’s says 7:00 the reception is open! Well 7:30 the door is still close and the bread was waiting out the hotel for almost one hour already, we tried to ring the bell but no one responded. we book here in this apartment hotel for a week for 14 people so that is 2 apartments with 2 room and kitchen. And for us ( so we got for 5 people and a dog a studio I mean one bed for two people and a sofa-bed for our 3 kids and our dog and it is a German shepherd that cost 200€ extra for the stay of our dog. So first impressions was a lot of spider webs of the ceiling. the floor is nasty. We never get a extra matras for our kids and they offer us a room for our kids at the 3rd floor of the building and really far from our room we are talking about 5/6 years old child. Like duh do they really think we are gonna put our kids on that room ? So again we try to ask for an extra matras but they keep saying “I let my colleague know about it already “ Attention to the client is poor/ and they were not really humble/kind. They also charge us for a poor breakfast 12€ each. The only food that is warm on the breakfast is the boiled egg and coffee. So we decided to leave 2 days earlier because we couldn’t handle it anymore and when we ask if we can get a bit of money back they said “oh sorry it is already paid “ so that is studio for only two people and we were 5 people and a dog. No extra matras.(total 6 days) €1700+ studio +200€ stay of our dog on the same room. 12€ per person for an awful breakfast 🤮. I travel a lot and go to different places, hotel stays and I am sorry to tell you . But this is the worst hotel I’ve ever been. Doesn’t matter if it’s expensive if it’s pleasant to stay. But this was not the case. This is expensive and low quality hotel. Never again.
