"Es el mejor hotel que he estado en muchos sentidos. Precioso hasta el más mínimo detalle, luminoso, cálido, acogedor, gastronomía deliciosa, servicios espléndidos para la propuesta de aventura de la Chapada Diamantina. Vistas únicas con el sonido del agua de río. Muy buena atención del personal. FIFA el concerté muy atento y explicativo. Luego de las exigentes excursiones me hice un superlativo masaje con Thais. Todo soñado. Dan ganas de volver al turismo extremo de Lençóis y la Chapada, tanto por su belleza única como por el hotel. Gracias totales."

"This hotel has a lot of potential, but it's not living up to it. They spend a lot of money on the facade, but ignore the details. The front of house and grounds are beautiful. The pool area is nice. From there it goes downhill. As you get deeper into the complex, you see it is in need of serious repair. Obvious by the broken chairs in the pool bar, the decaying Children's Park, and the 1987 "Fitness Center". My room was generally clean, but needed some attention. The balcony door lock was broken. There were dead bugs in the ceiling light fixture. Most annoying was the termite infested bathroom door that wouldn't open or close. The staff were mostly nice, but the young girl at the front desk really needs some customer service training. She could start by making eye contact when speaking to guests and trying to at least pretend they exist. Breakfast was enjoyable with a large variety. It was "okay," but I will stay somewhere else on my next visit."

The inn is extremely cozy and full of personality, with many cultural details that make the atmosphere even more special. A special highlight goes to the breakfast, which was a spectacle every day: a great variety, everything very tasty and prepared with great care. Without a doubt, it was a perfect choice for our trip. "Hospedado hermoso, nos hospedamos en la suite hermosa vista, como su nombre sugiere: con una hermosa vista! La suite dispone de una muy buena desayuno, con Kombucha y artículos producidos en el hostal. El paisaje es hermoso, personal educado. Yo sólo daría atención a dos puntos: toallas de baño más suaves y un lugar para el hogar adecuado dentro de la habitación, ya que no hay una mesa con silla para eso. Pero si no necesita trabajar durante su estadía, eso no será su problema! Recomiendo."
