You should STAY AWAY from this hotel. Being in the hospitality service, they should know what customer service means. First, when we dined in at their restaurant on our first night, we waited 1 hr for our food🤦🏽♀️. Well, they gave a 25kr worth of garlic bread for the inconvenience, what a joke! Then on the room (room 326) of my mother in law - take note she is 75y.o. - there was a house marten. We let the owner know about it, and the only responce we got was, oh it's still there, we'll check! And guess what, they did not do anything about it. So my mom in law was not able to sleep for 2 nights😭. They acknowledge they know it was there. The only decent thing they should have done was to not let any guest stay in that room until they are sure it was gone. Or at least they, would have not charge anything for the room - to be honest. By the way, we booked 3 rooms! They said they were fully book, hmmm, i doubt so. It was good we're only there for 2 nights, 2 sleepless nights for my poor mom in law. Our holiday in Lemvig could have been perfect apart from this horrible hotel. So if I were you, stay as far away as you could from this hotel. There are quite a lot of holiday houses and few hotels in the area, so check those ones instead. We'll be going back in Lemvig soon again, but NEVER on this hotel ever again!
