I was given a standard room without view that was different from what I booked which was a room with mountain view. After showing the counter staff the check in voucher then only she said I was lucky enough because there was a room left in the 2nd floor which again was different from the one stated in the voucher which was 3rd floor. Eventually I have to compromise even though 3rd floor rooms definitely have a better view.
The room has a tv set but without signal all the while.
I strongly suggest that Trip. Com should contact the resort operator concerning this matter so that it would not happen again. If there’s only standard room I wonder whether Trip. Com will refund
