WU WEI HOTEL

Wonderful stay with exceptional service! Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were all friendly and attentive, and I especially want to mention the butler, 小张, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. You can really ask him anything, and he’ll gladly help you. Overall, the service made my experience truly memorable and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and great hospitality!

We picked Wu Wei hotel after reading the positive reviews online and we’re so glad to have spent 2 nights here exploring XiJiang Miao Village. Hotel is super organised and butler xiao qi (管家小飞）contacted us the day before arrival to organise our stay. There’s two options for getting into the scenic area 1. Scenic bus which is covered by the entry ticket but takes 30-40 mins to get to the hotel via scenic route and you will need to line up/wait for other passengers. 2. We took the VIP route which is 50 rmb per person and takes us direct to the hotel (10 mins) which is located right next to the main viewing platform. 小七organised transportation from the main gate and picked us up/carried our suitcases (both on arrival and departure) He is just the sweetest! Hotel is new as it’s only built last year and is designed for the aesthetic eye. We booked the 270 degree room with a terrace and I highly recommend this option as it’s the only room in the hotel that has balcony views. It’s seriously an amazing sight and waking up to this every morning is incredible! Both breakfast and afternoon tea were also fabulous! Highly highly recommend - 5 stars all the way 🙂

the most amazing stay with an amazing view. Hotel lobby and room are insanely gorgeous. Butler sevice was really good. 小刘 met us at the west gate of the attraction and carried our duffle bags all the way to the hotel. Its very conveniently located closer to the top of the mountain and next to the main road so you don’t have to climb up any small alleys to get here. Amenities were amazing too - Dyson hairdryer, le labo shower amenities. Free mini bar drinks. They even give you a special Miao medicated foot bath and hot milk as bed time amenities.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel was well appointed and clean, spacious room, and a great view. Most of all I would like to highlight the fantastic staff at the hotel, 叶子 took care of our every need and was so lovely and kind.

Wonderful stay with Xiao Yao as butler. He has provided precious help and advice, and I have no word to explain how lovely is the staff. Thanks to all of them. The experience in the old town of Xijiang was very unique
