«The hotel is quite away from the town area. But it is quite worth to stay especially for a group with big family. I travelled to sydney with a total of 7 persons. We booked a room in Garden Lodge, the room is quite big and simple. Location abit far from main town, nothing to go nearby the hotel. Only has a 7-11 beside the hotel.»

«El registro fue genial. Salí a cenar y, al volver, abrí la puerta y encontré el marco y la ventana completamente rotos, con mis pertenencias esparcidas por todas partes. Corrí a recepción para avisar al recepcionista, solo para que me dijeran que había habido un apagón de 3 horas en el motel y que lo lamentaban. 😡 Tuve que pedirle al recepcionista que me diera otra habitación, lo cual hizo. Luego subió, echó un vistazo y me dijo que me avisara si faltaba algo. Se marchó. Empecé a recoger mis cosas y descubrí que me habían robado el reloj TAG Heuer, así que pasé de la habitación 101 a la 107. No podía dormir pensando que me iban a robar por segunda vez. Al salir, le dije a otro recepcionista que me habían robado el reloj. Me dijo que lo sentía mucho, pero que hablaría con la gerencia para ver qué podía ofrecerle. Eso fue a las 10 de la mañana y no he tenido noticias de la gerencia del motel. 🤷♂️ Estoy completamente disgustado.»

«I was lucky enough to have my room ready in advance, before 2PM and since my flight arrived early in the morning, that was really nice ! Cathy was also a wonderful person in general, throughout my stay. The room is pretty big, with a sink and a fridge. 👌🏻 The room I had is next to the common area however people weren't too loud, especially in the evening despite it roughly being the dinner time so that was nice. The area is very chill, a few schools and houses around so not loud at night. It is, however, situated on the planes' route and they are pretty low in the sky since it gets close to the airport. But there aren't any at night (around midnight until 6AM I would say) and it's not every 5 minutes either. The sun set pretty early at that time of the year and to me, I felt like the neighborhood lacked lights for people to walk around but it wasn't much of a bother and not something the lodge can change, so just a heads-up to have a small light/enough battery on the phone to use when coming back from your day trip activities.»

«1.The bed on one side,felt like it had a broken spring because it was like sinking into a bean bag. Not good. 2.The bathroom had a terrible smell coming from the drain in the shower,it was bad enough we had to call reception to come n try n sort it out,the staff did a quick fix,but it was not ideal,they did offer to move us to another room,but we had unpacked and settled in.we just opened a window and tried to get fresh air through the room. 3. The fire alarm went off for a short time and we were told to wait for further instructions,still waiting and we checked out yesterday lol. We tried to ring reception from our room to find out more about the situation,no answer. So we dialled out of our room and rang Rydges and got through to them that way. 4. The day of checkout,was anytime before 11am, at 9 am I was in bed,my partner was in the bathroom,the door opens,no knock to let us know someone was at the door,the cleaner just walked in and then starts apologizing when she notices me in bed,I was NOT HAPPY. 5.Went down to the buffet breakfast,they couldn't find us/ our name n room number and had to check with reception to confirm we were booked in & paying guests before we could be seated. My partner did enjoy his bacon & eggs breakfast,the yoghurt I had was rather bland. The staff were very helpful and respectful when we needed them to be and they did give us a free breakfast to compensate But the negatives make me question whether I'd stay there again The positives are the location ( which is great ) and the helpful staff who were friendly and polite,but they can only do so much in certain situations.»

«Great location with good customer service. Quiet and private despite proximity to main road. Amble parking available on the premises. There is a McDonald's restaurant nearby, or you can drive to Ashfield to grab some Chinese and Asian cuisine (10 minutes drive). Clean and comfortable bed and bathroom. There is a safe and smart TV in the room. Great stay for a short business trip in Sydney.»
