Premier Inn Leicester Fosse Park

Demi was very polite and welcoming. Courtney also helped with an issue we had. Would recommend this hotel, cheap prices to stay, breakfast was also nice, if you are looking for a reasonable priced hotel then this would be the one. Thanks to all the team

I normally love staying in a Premier Inn and feel they have improved over the years, but this experience did change things for me and my family. The rooms were dated, the toilets did not flush even after an engineer was called, the corridors were filthy, there was a damp smell in the hotel and rooms, they ran out of toilet roll. The only upside is that the beds were comfortable and they were spacious rooms. The majority of the staff were friendly, kind, polite and attentive. The key cards stopped working so many times over the 3 days we stayed and there was never anyone in Reception. The front car park is small and if you don't find a space in the front, then you have along walk all the way round the back of the hotel, where you can't enter the hotel, so you end up walking all the way to the front. It wasn't ideal. Not the best experience and I will not be returning to this hotel

Parking is free but the hotel is run down, very basic, the flush on the toilet didn't work and there was no resolutions to this, the room head boards were filled with dust and the bathroom is seriously dated. I would not stay in this hotel again. The beds weren't comfy and were creaky as you moved.

Stayed here in January, the room was great and service was fantastic. What a difference a number of months can make. The room is tired and like a hostel and the service in the restaurant was absolutely shocking. The waiter was next to useless and had no idea what customer service meant.

Room ok just needs updating plug wise.Bathroom needs better extraction system. Staff at reception, restaurant and bar fantastic (Ellie, Maddie, Jason) so helpful and accommodating to all your needs. Very pleasant stay will be booking again next week.

This hotel was perfectly situated for our needs with ample car parking. All staff deserve a mention for being efficient, friendly and helpful. Our room was situated in a quiet location. There is a lovely walk nearby along the canal which takes you to the King Power stadium if you prefer to stay out of the City Centre. Good value breakfast/dinner deals available. Thank you.

I have had the most exuberant experience at this premier in. I was greated with a fantastic level of customer service. In all my time using hotels with work, i have never had such a fantastic meal. The mixed grill was top tier. The chef mark can hold his head high. This meal far exceeded my expectations and in my opinion surpassed that of the village hotel chain. I will come again... and try the rest of the menu

The weekend stay was so enjoyable. Love the comfy beds and amazing breakfast. The abundant supply of tea bags, coffee and milk at reception was great as you could pick up extra supplies for your room whenever you needed them. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Only downside is hit and miss wifi signal but that doesn't take away from the whole experience. Well located and very easy to get to from the M1. Overall 10 out of 10.

The room was smelli g and cold and the bathroom was dirty. I could not sleep because the room was so cold. The shower curtain was disgusting. No other comments at this time. Premier in should be ashamed to charge £95 per night bernadette room for a non existent service.
