Description: Lake House in Saw Creek Estate Community-Located 1 and a half hours from NYC! Come get away and stay at our LAKE FRONT HOME! community amenities-Ski Lift Hill, Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Lake Front Beach, Playgrounds, Basketball Courts, Racquetball Court, Fitness Center, Top of the World Restaurant. Bushkill Falls, Shawnee ski, TreeVenture Zip lining, Snow tubing and golf courses are all within a 15-minute drive. Camelback ski/water park resort are only 35 minutes away. The space This beautiful Lake House property is wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the wonderful outdoors and indoors activities. This Lake house has all the goodies. A/C, Washer dryer, 4 smart TV's, dishwasher, Keurig, complimentary Coffee and Tea, Outdoor firepit, Foosball, 2 Vintage style arcade games and SmarTV to connect any of your personal gaming devices (Wii/Xbox). Wet Bar with seating for four, BBQ grill, board games, the works. 1st level deck gives you access to our breathtaking private area of the Lake, which you will have access to our 2 kayaks for a wonderful experience. Parking for five cars Maximum. Note: As the house is on the lake, you will be required to climb down the stairs to get to the house. There are mix of stairs and slope leading to the fire pit. It comes with the terrain, I guess. Indoor fireplace is not available to use with the stay. We have a great firepit outdoor near the water. Bed linens are included - Additional towels or beach towels are available for the use of our private part of the Lake. The kitchen is stocked with many standard cooking items. Please ask us if you have a specific question with how the house is outfitted. The primary deck has a great view of the lake and property off the Kitchen where you can also BBQ all season. The deck is a great place to enjoy your morning brew as you gaze upon the wonderful view during your stay. Guest access You will have full access to the home and the Lake front property except for the 1st floor hall closet which is reserved for the cleaning company. About the Community Located in the gated Saw Creek Estates community, filled with amenities: picnic areas, walking trails for members boats, canoes, kayaks for rent, lake, and stream for fishing, 4 outdoor pools, tiki bar, 2 indoor pools and hot tubs, 'top of the world' restaurant, 8 outdoor and 2 indoor tennis courts, indoor racquetball court, outdoor volleyball court, ski slopes, baseball field, basketball courts, fully equipped fitness center and free-weight room. You will have access to all amenities available within the community with badges. Saw Creek will have theme weekends and other fun family activities any weekend booked and during the week. Amenities availability is at the discretion of Saw Creek Association. Other things to note 6 complimentary badges come with your booking. They will give you access to the amenities. Children under 5 years old do not need a badge. All guests need to be registered with the community. I will share a form that needs to be filled as part of the checking process. As the house is on the lake, you will be required to climb down the stairs to get to the house. There are mix of stairs and slope leading to the fire pit. It comes with the terrain, I guess. You will need to provide a list with names, address and phone numbers 7 days prior the check in date. - No loud or unreasonable sound after 10:30 PM. - Respect the neighbors not playing loud music that can bother them. - Fire Works are prohibited - During your stay don’t leave garbage outside to prevent rodents and wild animals. - All trashes must be dumped in the dumpster near Mill Pond Townhome before you check out to avoid community fines. (Community map will be available for reference). - Dogs must be added during booking with payment of pet fee - Dogs should be in the crate if no one is in the house. - Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside the house.
