Corporate greed has gotten to this place. I’ve worked in property management for over a decade, and I know the signs when investors take over, and run places into the ground, while charging high prices to make their public portfolio look good. This place needs to be reported for false advertising among other conditions that are unsuitable. 1. The price was much higher than what they advertised on their website. Perhaps it is all the “hidden fees” that make their advertised rates click bait. You can pay the same price somewhere else on Thanksgiving point for better experience. 2. The rooms have not been maintained for some time. The door to the bathroom would not close and the dressers were missing knobs so we could not use them. 3. No onsite housekeeping. If something happens you are out of luck getting what you need, or things cleaned up unless its between certain hours the housekeeper works. 4. No working pool. Judging by the other reviews the pool has not been available for a long time. 5. Breakfast was a joke. On their website they show a hot breakfast with lots of options. However, the breakfast area counters are completely empty except for a basket of oatmeal packets. 6. The workers look absolutely depressed. A business must take care of its employees and then the employees will take care of the business and customers. Please give them a raise, invest in your people and property. Stop cheating the world to make your numbers look a certain way on paper. Any money this business thinks its saving by cutting all these corners and nickel and diming their customers and employees they will lose in the long run. They certainly have lost me as a long-time loyal Wyndham customer.
