The service was good as always nice friendly staff the one thing that needs to change is the toaster at breakfast to put it bluntly it's fucked needs throwing in the bin and the purchase of a new faster one takes up to half an hour to fo one slice

Cleanliness is good. Some of the amenities was not able to fill in before guest check in like the bathrobeI still need to request for it. The mini bar or mini ref doesn’t have any drinks available to drink. But all in all it was good staying here for 1 night. The experience was good will try again next time their different types of room. When it comes to their breakfast buffet not so impressive for the food choices just a simple options for the daily breakfast.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, abajo está el mar con vista al volcán, puedes sentarte y escuchar música por la noche para soplar la brisa del mar para dormir, desayunar en un restaurante cerca de la planta baja, hay arroz con pollo, hot dog, arroz, café, etc. ., hay varios restaurantes y un gran supermercado en la planta baja, es muy conveniente salir en auto. La intersección es el autobús JEEP y la motocicleta TUTU. Los guardias de seguridad las 24 horas son muy buenos en todos los cruces. La recepción y el personal del servicio de salud son muy buenos. La desventaja es que las habitaciones son muy compactas y algunas no lo son. Con ventana.

We're excited that it finally re-opened. Here's our review: ROOM Our first room was okay, but the filter of aircon is dirty so we had the staff cleaned it. next, we would like to go out to swim but their SDB was not fixed in the cabinet so we dont think how was that ”SAFE” knowing that it can be removed. so we just let it pass. then going back after our dip in the pool, we took a shower, but voila! the drainage doesnt drain at all 😂 so we decided to request to transfer to another room. so on the next room, as you enter, you will smell that it was not used for a period of time. the carpet was dusty, you can feel it on your feet. in this room, aircon and bathroom are now okay. RESTAURANT Volcanic Grill - before it was so nice to lounge here because of the food, but during our stay, the food was limited and there is no meat to grill 😅 how was that called volcanic grill? we ordered other food, and tbh, it's delicious and big serving. Breakfast - Since it is a weekday, we expect that it is not buffet, the food are not the same as before but it is still sumptious. we enjoyed our breakfast. POOL Of course, the hotel has the best view of Mayon. Nothing else to say, just look at the photo. SERVICE The staff are all respectful. PRICE It is a bit pricey given, they should have lower the price first to gain clients.

Reservamos este hotel para 1 noche de estancia en Legaspi City. Opon check-in en la recepción solicita 300 pesos como por protocolo de hotel no sé por qué pero no se indica en la reserva y reservamos dos habitaciones para que pagamos 600 centenares de pesos. La habitación es tan limpia, el único problema es que no hay cerradura en el baño, el bidet no funciona correctamente también el calefactor.
