Live in Leeds Grange Apartments

Please avoid this company at all costs. We are actively working to get our money back that this company effectively stole from us. Our family reserved an apartment through Live in Leeds on *******, weeks before our vacation. On our arrival date, we still had not received an exact address or a code to get in. It was late and we did not have Internet available on our phones, so we had to sit in a parking lot to get wifi and attempt to contact them. When they finally got back to us, they asked us to wire money directly to their bank for a deposit - even though we had already paid in full for our room. My husband explained that being out of our home country, this would be nearly impossible. At this point, all communication ended and we were forced to find other accommodations at the last minute. They have refused any kind of refund and are not cooperating with *******. This put such a damper on our once in a lifetime vacation, so I hope my review will prevent this from happening to someone else. Other reviews leave similar stories so this is not a one off situation - beware!
