The art tour in its sister hotel, the stunning baroque Palazzo Bozzi Corso we found very interesting. The location is excellent, in the historic city centre, but yet easily reachable by car. A perfect base to explore Lecce and the entire Salento region, being equidistant from Gallipoli and the Ionian coast on the one hand, and from Otranto and the southern tip of the Adriatic coast, on the other. A real gem of a hotel!"

Interior muy moderno, diseño de habitaciones contemporáneo, cama cómoda y habitaciones limpias. Una agradable zona de estar en la primera planta y una cafetería/restaurante espaciosa. El desayuno es a la carta y fue un cambio refrescante respecto a los típicos desayunos buffet. Las lavadoras y secadoras en el hotel fueron una gran ventaja. Una cálida bienvenida en recepción al registrarnos, y una atención igual de amable al momento de la salida. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí si regreso a Lecce en el futuro."

"The good: This is a lovely property, optimally located just within the city gates of the old town. It has been beautifully restored and was very clean. The interior space was large with a small terrace. We were three people and rented the wellness suite with a sauna for 300E a night, breakfast not included. There is a small kitchen area and a separate entrance. There were two bathrooms, but the shower in the master is very small with no place to put toiletries except on the floor. The town is fantastic, certainly worth a longer stay than our two nights. Secure parking is located within a 5-minute walk, but you must call the hotel and reserve a discounted spot for yourself and hope they do not lose your reservation. Issues: I emailed the manager that we would be three people instead of two, and he responded. We also notified them of our arrival time and asked about parking, and were assured of no problems. Upon arriving, the owner said we had only reserved for two, and that parking would be impossible without a reservation. These issues were worked out, but not without some stress, he was not very friendly. Generally, I love smaller Italian hotels because the owners are usually so kind and welcoming, often with a glass of wine on arrival. This was not the case. However, the owner Roberto walked us back to the parking and made arrangements. When I asked him how to turn on the sauna, he told me it would cost an additional 40E per day which was quite disappointing so at that price I opted to not use it. I had booked a "wellness suite with a sauna", and I thought that is what I was paying for. There are charges for everything. There is one bath towel per person for five? days, a clean towel is 5E, check out is at 10, and if you are late there is a 25 percent surcharge charge for every two hours. When I paid my bill, he neglected to subtract the 216E deposit I had paid with the reservation and did not provide a receipt until asked. He told me he would send the money to my bank, which is difficult with a US bank. I showed him how to refund the money with the credit card app. Pay attention to the bill, I do not think he was dishonest, just very disorganized. There is a cute outdoor terrace, but only one chair for a two-bed suite. The maid left our interior door unlocked after cleaning, when I told Roberto, he said that is the custom, it was a safe area. Due to the unfriendliness of the manager, the excessive charges, and the lack of organization what should have been a relaxing stay in a beautiful city was stressful and difficult. I would not stay again. "

"We stayed in the Lady Astor Suite for 4 nights in July 2025 and couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The room is very grand and luxuriously appointed, with a very comfy bed and good pillows. I especially loved sitting in the historic marble vanity area to put on my makeup every day. The entire hotel is a treat to stay in; you really feel like you’ve gone back in time and are a house guest in an ornate palazzo. But the most memorable part of our stay was how friendly and helpful all of the staff were. Sarah in reception helped us with numerous reservations, Aldo at the rooftop bar made us delicious craft cocktails every night, and our server (whose name I forgot to ask) at their delicious breakfast was always a charming, bright start to our day. Finally, the porters were all so quick and friendly about getting our car for us — it made taking little beach trips in the area so easy. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Lecce."

"My stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. Despite its 4-star rating, the staff's behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were met with rudeness, indifference, and an aggressive attitude that has no place in the hospitality industry—especially in an establishment that supposedly provides high-end services. Instead of assistance, we received irony and sarcasm for our simple requests. It is a shame because while the facilities might be decent, the staff ruins the entire experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and respect. A total waste of money. The biggest issue, however, was at breakfast. The woman in charge there was extremely rude and unacceptable. Instead of a pleasant start to our day, we faced an aggressive and mocking attitude that ruined our mood. It is inconceivable for a hotel of this caliber to hire people who lack the basic manners and politeness to handle guests. Unfortunately, no matter how good a room is, it’s the people and the service that matter. I would never visit this hotel again and I definitely do not recommend it"

"Search reviews M X 1/5 4 minutes ago on Google never stayed in a similar towel. Photos are completely INGREDIENT! We stayed in a loud, dirty, shower, which was compassionate, dirty and myrky in the bathroom.The pictures of that tug that she had been lying to us do not appear at all, nowhere. No shower tape, a wet-shaking smell, so much that old and strawed bed hand towels and our clothes were almost wet; a vomiting stick out of the washing room without a cap; a broken coffee machine. Breakfast served in the indoor courtyard, very different from the pictures, all sweet, dirty, red and colourless gadget, anybody knows when the pictures are. Fresh bars and cucumbers, we tried to drink a juice and was rough, the coffee could only be done in the room, but we could not see the device throwing only cold water, while putting the soda. I am sure that no one would sleep in that stupid thing, but unfortunately the smart owner, who did not even get himself to our arrival and did not answer the phone, was paid in advance, otherwise we would have gone away immediately. Parking is on the street and you need to be lucky. Far from the center. A experience to never repeat. Smuts everywhere, I don't know how to have good reviews, I think it's absurd. NOT WERE 👎👎👎 VERGOGNA!"
