"I do not like to post negatively but it was all the positive reviews that helped me decide to book this Masseria and they were very misleading. The staff could not be nicer but the place is in need of a total facelift if it is to retain a 4 star rating. The floors in our room and through the property are badly scuffed and cracked. In our room the ceiling needed repair and the mattress was a thin hard slab. On the other hand the upholstery inside and outside our room was so worn you sink in. I have visited Morocco several times and the decor is one of my favorites styles but here the decor is just dark and drab now- not the vivid spice colors of Marrakech. We had dinner one night and sadly it was just average at best. To be honest we had booked a stay of 4 nights but left after the first night as we were very disappointed. This could be a wonderful property with a total update."

Ofrecen hasta piscina con jacuzzi y, en nuestro caso no había ninguna: Baño antiguo, patio sucio, nevera rota, escalera peligrosa. El desayuno bien, pero el joven que estaba alli, muy antipático. The one attributed to me is decidedly not suitable for the one I booked and decidedly more miserable and dilapidated. No concession to my complaints. Shameful and disgusting attitude. Never seen anything similar in over 30 years of traveling. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! A disgrace for Lecce and its tourism. P.S.: the property tries to contradict me: I am a lawyer and I defend myself in the appropriate venues."

"Dilapidated building... dirty room, everything old and run-down. Dirty walls, cobwebs on the ceiling, dirty chandelier, picture with very dirty glass. Disgraceful bathroom: leaking sink faucet, leaky shower hose, everything worn and run-down. Towel warmer full of rust! Poorly cleaned. The only suggestion I can give is: IT SHOULD BE CLOSED!"

Después de reservar con Booking con papel para otro edificio (Mamasisi en pleno centro histórico) algunos días antes de la llegada me rechazaron el papel (a continuación, descubrí que es una de sus prácticas) y tuve que usar otro. "Lobby Collective Hostel me encantó tanto, que prolongé mi estancia y no por ninguna otra razón que el hecho de que me sentí en casa. Todos eran amigables, sociales, mientras que respetaban su espacio, en un corto tiempo allí, sentí que me había ido con tantas amigas y buenas memorias, me sentí como dejé atrás a mi familia. No es un albergue de fiestas, que era perfecto para mí, tenían una sala de lectura que era grande para trabajar a distancia, y todo es muy limpio."

Agua del grifo del baño absolutamente asquerosa, imbebible, aparentemente a propósito para obligarte a pedir bebidas extra. Pequeñas botellas de agua de cortesía, que no siempre se reponen a diario. El desayuno está bastante bien, pero el zumo de fruta en polvo es suficiente."
