The campsite is overall really nice and I would definitely go back if I stayed in another pitch. The bad things: -The staff accommodation was right opposite our pitch and we were kept up most nights by the staff talking. We did get to choose our pitch so partially our fault but we could've been warned that there was the staff accommodation there. -An announcement comes on every morning around 9-9.30 ish explaining the kids club activities and comps which woke me up several mornings a week. -The bar system is very weird as you have to queue up to order and get a ticket and then queue up in a separate line to actually get your drinks which I find very weird. Like wouldn't it be quicker if they just operated by an actual bar?? -The pools were quite cold but other than that the pools were really nice. The good things: -The pools are nice (even though they are slightly cold) and the lazy river is a really nice touch. -The restaurant is very nice and friendly and the food is very nice. I would recommend the pizzas, they are very nice. -Our pitch was a good size and felt private enough from our neighbours. There was enough space for a campervan, tent, table and chairs which is very good. -Clean facilities which are good and good washing up stations with washing machines and a tumble dryer which is very good. -The entertainment is very good and a mini disco for children with children's songs and dances is a nice touch. So overall, I think this campsite is really nice but could use a few little tweaks. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Beautiful bungalows, clean, functional, slightly above the price-performance ratio. The site is very well organized for its size. There is almost everything you need (shopping facilities, pool area, bicycles, etc.) Unfortunately, the staff is mostly very unmotivated. The gastronomy (especially the Marc Aurel restaurant) was a big disappointment.

Staff in the campsite restaurants and bars were poorly trained and rude. Contacted management to complain and was greeted with a shrug of the shoulders. Staff greeted us at the restaurant with the positive news - "don't order food, it will be a 60 minute wait!" Marcus Aurelius restaurant staff were excellent and good food. WIFI was poor throughout the site which is unacceptable in 2024 and down to underinvestment. Shop closes for 4 hours in the middle of the day, just when people might want to buy a cold drink or food?!... Some facilities advertised were non-existent (meeting room). Overall, expensive to stay (€160 per day for a family tent pitch without water). Nice setting and good sports facilities but overall I was disappointed with the food offering and staff attitude.

Our recent experience on this destination was poor due to Mobilhome was dirty when we arrived and heavily attacked by ants. Personel on site was contacted but the offered solutions did not meet my expectations. I cleaned the Mobilhome myself and bought some tools to fight the ants inside the Mobilhome. The compensation i received from Piani de Clodia was a final cleaning and some washing coins. As we were paying more than 340 EUR per night I find this a very poor compensation for the disappoinment we had. When we contacted the responsible for the cleaning the person was shaking her head while walking away - yet within an hour later two empty mobilhomes on the other site would receive extra cleaning and gartners started mowing and cutting plants outside the Mobilhome - so I believe the problem was acknowledged.

Currently staying at the campsite.Beautiful setting on lake. Staying in country house; view amazing and accommodation is very comfortable. Unfortunately there are many issues with the service and facilities. Main bar and restaurant ( Catullo/ La Terrazza) is understaffed and the current staff are under trained and extremely difficult to deal with. They chat amongst themselves rather than serve customers. They also lack any level of practical knowledge of the resort. Food and service at Ristorant Marco is really good. Kids club is average - the staff appear to be unable to engage my children (6 and 7 years old). On-site supermarket is closed between 12 noon and 4pm. It closes at night time at 7pm - hours are extremely limited and unpractical for family needs. This campsite relies on its location to draw visitors.

This was our first time back since COVID but it felt like coming home! Cannot rate this park highly enough for its facilities and the beauty of its setting. We have a tourer, two teenagers and two dogs! We were pleased to have our deluxe pitch with its own services and close proximity to all the facilities. As dog owners we enjoyed the agility dog area for a bit freedom when it cooled down in the evenings. And during the day the facility to have the dogs with us in areas around /above the pool was great. This makes this site unique and a gem. This is a vibrant, family site and has all the noise and life you’d expect. The animation team provide great activities and the evening entertainment is varied and great quality. As an English family we love to hear all the other languages spoken on site and dare I say it, we enjoy trying to practice our Italian. The small towns around the lake are all lovely to visit (we have a tourer so have our car with us), and Verona in August has the opera festival and is a lovely town to explore. In short this park is 5* and our experience was 5*. One suggestion to improve the quick breakfast market would be to move the scale/label machine to the end of the two self service bread cabinets ( towards the till ) This would allow people to choose and then weigh items, and join the queue to pay, rather than everyone having to go back and forth in the limited space. The quick breakfast is however a fabulous addition with a great range of rolls, pretzels and pastries plus other key items! The larger site supermarket ( too big to call it merely a shop) continues to provide a wide range of most things you may need as well as lots of lovely treats. We will definitely see you again next year! Grazie mille!

Camped here for a week in our caravan, whilst parents and in laws stayed in rental accommodation on site. For all of us it worked out great with all that the 5 star site and Lake Garda had to offer. We had a great pitch in area D, near a super clean toilet and shower block. Always being cleaned, with class family shower facilities and such clever details as to have wash up area under the building in the shade and away from disturbing other campers! Lakeside access was amazing and even during peak holiday season an 11pm curfew was respected by all. This is a big campsite that even during this peak period managed to make things feel not over crowded, ie always managed to get 5 sun loungers at the pool no matter what time! Accommodation of parents, was simple but clean (and they are discerning!) and had all you needed; air con, large fridge, comfy bed. Staff were all very friendly and there was just a good family vibe. All in all a very well run site, Tip: the free shuttle to Lazise, 5 mins away works so well for a dinner outing, we would have done it more than once, as this is one of the prettiest towns around.

We are just back from this fantastic campsite. First off the reception has lot of staff and a ticketing system that’s quite fast, we weren’t waiting long for our key. We had booked a two story, 3bed 2 bath ‘bungalow Bella vista’ and was pleasantly surprised that the bedrooms were quite large and nice beds. Kitchen didn’t have an oven but was well equipped. The whole house was spotless. Main bedroom also has a lovely balcony and to sit out at night was lovely. The house also had AC upstairs and downstairs which was brilliant as it was very hot. The whole campsite is very clean, lots of flowers and trees and is very pretty. Our house was in the centre and not far to walk to either waterpark. I didn’t count but there are a lot of pools in each waterpark and slides and for every age. We are in both restaurants a few times and food was excellent. We had lunch at the pool one day and it was average pool bar food. We really liked the fact that there were always places to sit/lie and no rush for sunbeds. The site also has lake access but it is down a sandy hill and might not suit everyone as there are no sunbeds etc and the beach is quite stony and sore on the feet but my kids loved it! Supermarket and breakfast shop were very well stocked and prices were only a little more expensive than supermarkets outside of the camp. We found all of the staff to be very friendly and courteous and the animation staff worked very hard during the day and nighttime shows to keep all of the kids entertained. The only cons we could think of are that the site is on a hill which might be problematic for older people or small children, and also that you really do need a car as there is no proper path to the town and it’s a busy road. There is a shuttle in the evening from 6-10.30pm which is great to go for dinner. We had a car so it wasn’t a problem for us.

We live here right now. And considering how expensive it is to rent a bungalow for a family, the inside of the bungalow is poor, dirty and outdated. The fridge is small and the freezer is almost not exiting. I found pieces of ballons in the shower - so it has not been cleaned before our arrival. There is no cozy light, only lamps in the ceiling with very bright light. As a family, two keys would be nice but there is only one key. The beds are all single - no double bed at all. There is only a window in one of the rooms to open at night - the other room has a door. The microwave is placed under the tv, so really bad interior design. Not the kind of luxury and updated comfort I had imagined a five star camping site to have. We are never coming back to this!!!
