Your vacation retreat boasts 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large loft with a bar, a well equipped kitchen, and 4 smart TV's with DirecTV. Enjoy the backyard oasis, mature landscaping, pool/spa, covered patio with tables, chairs, barbecue, and your own putting green! The location is ideal because it is close enough, but far enough! The Las Vegas strip is only a $20 uber ride or 10 miles away, yet far enough to escape the madness and truly relax in this peaceful family friendly neighborhood. The property comes well equipped with all the comforts of home. If by some chance you need something that is not there, don't hesitate to ask for it. We live a few houses away and we probably have it at our house. The property, as required by the city of Henderson, has a noise monitor inside and outside the home. This device does not record. It only measures noise in decibels. There are security cameras on the outside of the home to ensure only registered guests stay on property.
