I have spent weeks trying to get fraudulent charges from this hotel removed from my credit card. The most important fact to know is that I **NEVER** stayed here. I tried to book a room as a walk-in. The rep at the front desk said they had rooms open and began the check-in process. After she had swiped my credit card, she informed me they had no "clean" rooms available (her word, not mine). She said they had several empty rooms, but they were all "dirty" (again, her words). She handed me back my credit card, apologized for the inconvenience, and wished me luck finding another hotel. I soon noticed *two* charges for a room that, once again, I never got. I called the hotel. Nothing. I called corporate. Nothing. I finally got a response out of them after filing a dispute through my credit card company; they credited one of the charges back to my account but not the other. I have since been informed that they have "proof" of my stay, although I have yet to receive the copy I requested.
