OMG where do I start? A FANTASTIC little hotel just off the beach on a side street slap bang in the centre of Larnaca in the Finikoudes beach area and in Larnaca's old town. Absolutely, frigging, marvellously fantastic! Check-in was a breeze, the hotel super clean, the room huge and also, surprisingly SUPER CLEAN. It was absolutely spotless - whoever they have hired to clean the rooms does outstanding work. If I could bring them back to the UK to clean my own home, then well, how great would that be? There is fast Wi-fi, modern bathrooms with superb power showers and the room, for the budget prices it offers, has a wonderful selection of milk, tea and coffee. However, what is most surprisingly of all is the superb, efficient and excellent customer service provided by the manageress named Nadia. Not only is she one of the most pleasant hotel staff members I have ever come across but she is astute, assertive and extremely efficient, having helped me sort through a few hotel and non-hotel travel arrangements without hesitation. This excellent customer service, coupled with a bright, modern, fresh, efficient and superbly clean (almost hospital clean) hotel, confirms that Hai hotel IS my number one place to stay every time I visit Cyprus. Without question. Without hesitation. I will certainly be returning next year and look forward to staying in one of its wonderful rooms and dealing with their wonderful staff. Well done Hai Hotel and thank you Nadia!

We had a lovely stay in Mercure City. We booked the superior room which was the best decision. The room was spacious, modern, clean, comfortable and equipped with the top class cosmetics in the bathroom. I was surprised with the delicious breakfast. Every day served with selection of local cheeses, flavoured honey ❤️, fresh fruits, vegetables, pastry etc. I need to highly recommend cocktails by the pool bar, well made and the good price, comparing to the bars in the city. The staff was very friendly, especially in the restaurant and the pool. Warm greetings to Stefanos, the manager, who creates extremely welcoming atmosphere. Thank you!

It was a last minute booking as I was lost and couldn’t find my Air b&b… I was so thrilled I stayed at this beautiful hotel in Mackenzie. It was 1:30am lost stressed out and my daughter and I were so tired luckily from doing my research prior to my trip I knew the LIV was in the area. I walked in explained my stress and that I was lost , how lucky was I that the kind and sweet gentleman Theodoros was extremely helpful and kind booked me a room immediately and helped me with my luggage at that time of night. The LIV is very lucky to have such a gem working for them..thank you Theodoros for your help and kindness. The room was gorgeous spotless and new. The best in my opinion in the area. I will definitely stay here again. EXCELLENT HOTEL!! I just wish the check out was later because I was so tired but the other worker at the desk wasn’t as kind as Theodoros and wanted us to leave right at 12. Still the Hotel was outstanding !! 5 STARS!!

We had a wonderful stay at St. Lazaros Studios! It’s a perfect small and cozy hotel. My husband, son, and I stayed in a lovely apartment at a great price, with a vast terrace, a comfortable bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen. The atmosphere was beautiful and heartfelt, and the terrace was a fantastic spot to spend our evenings. The Wi-Fi was fast, and housekeeping was provided regularly. On top of that, I accidentally left some belongings when we checked out, and the staff took great care of them until I returned to retrieve them. I highly recommend this place!

Had such a lovely stay I extended it! My room was very spacious, the kitchen are has a lot of amenities, the garden is spacious with places to sit and washing lines and there are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower one with a shower inside the bath. It's a great location and a lovely place. The caretaker is also very kind
