This Premier Inn has a large free car park, but the building itself looks very uninspiring from the outside and I was initially rather apprehensive about going in. When we went in, we were greeted very pleasantly by the receptionist and found our room to be very clean, warm and with a window that opened. Bathroom was adequate, with plenty of hot water. We were there for two nights and it would have been more comfortable if an easy chair had been provided. As it was, the only seating was a desk chair and the bed. There was plenty of room for more furniture. Two nights accommodation cost just over £100, plus an extra £10.00 for two days premium WiFi, which worked well. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast. We paid over £9.00 each for a Continental breakfast (hot breakfast is £1 more). Our breakfast was not worth what we paid. There was very little choice, no fresh fruit, limited choice of fruit juices and a couple of tired pastries. White bread was available for us to toast, but no brown or granary bread. We had this breakfast on the first morning, but on the second morning we found a local cafe online and had a very nice hot breakfast with coffee that cost several pounds less. This hotel is good value for sleeping, but don't eat there.
