Didn’t realize phone system in room was down until I tried to call for more water and an extra hand towel (they only give ONE). Even when I tried to call front desk from my own phone, no one answered. It wasn’t till next morning that I went to front desk to tell them, that they said they would sent someone to check. I’d hate to think what would happen if it was an emergency. A pity, views from the property were serene.

Relaxed vibe, but the food was not up to expectation as most of the food smelt like it was fried in old oil. Another problem is that the menus presented on the website did not match the prices that were in the hotel. Although San Miguel draft was on the menu the hotel did not have it on tap, only bottled. However the hotel has a great location, a great infinity pool and the staff are all extremely friendly and pleasant.

Room is really big and beautiful. The view from the pool is beautiful. The service from the sports bar is very slow. The location is a little far from the city but if you just want to stay at the resort and relax then it’s not a problem.

First night we stayed in a room with a garden view which was really only a car park view. Nothing much to write home about.
Upgraded the second night to a room with a sea view and a balcony and the experience was much more enjoyable and the view much more beautiful.
Service was great and the rooms were clean.
Food in the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied and the sports bar had lovely food and drinks with a beautiful view of the ocean.
The outdoor pool was also beautiful and great for children to play in as it isn’t very deep (about 4 foot deep the entire length of the pool)

Our family had a great time! The place is great, the people are great! We are certainly coming back and hope we still get to see Guilbert and Thea when we come back! They were the friendliest people I’ve met at Dusit Thani! The buffet was grand. I got to eat the Filipino food which I missed so much while I was living out of the country. Thank you Dusit Thani ♥️

I chose Dusit T to celebrate a special day, “my wife’s bday “ and given the reviews I was sure that have made a right choice . My earlier experiences with similar level resorts which have been great. However , was highly disappointed with level of service experienced in Dusit T which was not equal to 3 stars . The staff named Ruth at the front desk was ruthless with no courtesy to handle clients . No welcome drink or water was served to us at the hotel .. my early check in request was ignored and was given the room exact at 3 pm despite my repeated request . I made a special request that it’s my wife bday and if they can arrange some cake or flowers but nothing was done . In fact my request for early check in by 30 mins was ignored . I was asked to to have a lunch at one of buffet which was 2k paise per person . The food was cold , not replenished and no one was bother .
Seems like the property is going down like a sinking ship and the crew is not bothered to revive the sane
Equally disappointed with Trip , com as I have never faced these type of issues with Agoda who have been prompt in taking special requests and ensure same is followed for client satisfaction .

Amazing spa service with amazing result for lobby. Look Sunset bar was strategically located next to the swimming pool and the infinity view of the ocean. Dinner buffet was surprisingly romantic, situated in the garden next to the bay front left the ambience however, they need to consider to pack their table and chair later not when the guest are still having their dinner so attitude was great everyone’s greeting you and treating you l with friendly and welcoming attitude:From the front doorman to the kitchen stuff you met at the corridor.
Since Ball is the heart of energy after 8 pm with the set up of pool, table, darts and acoustic band at the night, the other part of the result were quiet and not so happening .. the room facing sea with amazing view come with the one chair balcony which supposed to be 2. there’s a tiny bit of smell on the right side bed if you’re sleeping there close to the wall of the bathroom.
