Hoteles ideales para familias en Lapulapu

La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y lo suficientemente espaciosa. Había un mini armario, una pequeña mesa de café y un sillón. Teníamos un Smart TV en nuestra habitación y pudimos acceder a mi cuenta personal de Netflix a través de él. Había un mini refrigerador personal, un hervidor eléctrico, tazas, vasos, cucharaditas, platillos, una pequeña caja fuerte, albornoces, zapatillas de hotel, artículos de tocador básicos y también paquetes de café, crema y azúcar dentro de la habitación. El desayuno era delicioso y la ubicación del hotel en sí era excelente. Tenían un servicio de transporte a la playa y alrededor de 4 o 5 lugares para comer. Me entristece que la hora de check-in fuera a las 3:00 p.m. y la hora de salida fuera a las 11 a.m. Me hubiera gustado quedarme un poco más allí.

Supply air diffuser noise was substandard. I could not sleep well. Maybe it was like 50 dBA. It should supposedly less than 35 dBA. Toilet shower vavle and the tub drain were malfunctioned. Ocean view room is too pricey for a small room. The breakfast buffet, and the amenities were great! I would not recommend staying there for long as it is too pricey for a small room with noisy supply air diffuser.

Fue una pena que debido a la pandemia se redujeran drásticamente los horarios de uso de instalaciones como gimnasios y ludotecas o se cerraran algunos lugares~ La piscina era muy espaciosa y la vista de la laguna también era genial. ¡La ubicación de la plantación está ubicada en una esquina que es un poco incómoda para moverse sin un automóvil existente! ¡El hotel le llamará un taxi por $1! En cuanto todo se normalice, creo que podré disfrutar de todo cómodamente en el resort.

We booked two rooms and we were only able to get one room when we checked in and the other room an hour and a half after! We followed up multiple times and complained about how the room wasn’t ready when it’s already the check-in time. They told us that the staff was already on the way up to bring the key card for the other room yet it took a long time (given the fact that the rooms were just at the second floor, above the lobby) when we followed up for the third time, we were told that the card was being brought from the main wing that’s why it’s taking so long like? we literally got the key card from our first room on the front desk lobby below our floor (ocean wing). They are also very strict about the room capacity that you have to pay 3k plus to pay for an extra person unlike other four-five star hotels. The room was also dusty, my boyfriend kept sneezing non-stop when we went in the room and had to take anti-histamine. Facilities were great though.

Ubicación: Relativamente cerca del aeropuerto, a unos 20 minutos, pero no hay restaurantes, salones de belleza ni centros comerciales alrededor del hotel. En días lluviosos o cuando vayas a un centro comercial a comprar recuerdos, te recomendamos utilizar un coche Grab (por cierto, el coche Grab desde el aeropuerto hasta el hotel cuesta unos 1.500 yenes). Habitación: tipo cabaña, lo cual es poco común en la isla de Mactán. Incluso el tipo básico es bastante espacioso y tiene una cabina de ducha y una bañera (es una pena que la cabina de ducha no drene muy bien). Tenía una Nespresso (cafetera de cápsulas) y 4 cápsulas, y en la nevera había 2 botellas de San Miguel (cerveza filipina), 2 botellas de zumo y mangos secos. Estos eran gratis. Había chanclas disponibles como pantuflas, pero si no te gustan las chanclas, te recomendamos comprar pantuflas desechables de Hyakuyen y traerlas contigo. Había un colgador de toallas en el balcón, pero no alcanzaba para secar los bañadores mojados, así que creo que sería mejor traer un colgador de alambre, un colgador cuadrado, un pellizco y una cuerda para lavar ropa. (Hay servicio de lavandería, pero no había lavadoras ni secadoras en el hotel.) Pueden entrar pequeños insectos, por lo que es mejor tener un insecticida simple (no se permiten aerosoles en el equipaje de mano ni en el equipaje facturado). tal vez. También hubo actividades gratuitas como aquabic y vóley playa. Por la mañana te entregan en tu habitación una copia impresa que contiene estos horarios, pero el horario es bastante vago (creo que es típico de Filipinas que sea flexible). Puede que fuera temporada baja, pero puedo aceptar que algunos restaurantes estaban cerrados, algunos salones de belleza y gimnasios estaban cerrados y la tienda tenía una selección muy limitada. Servicio: Me alegra que el personal siempre me salude cuando paso. No es que tengan un servicio particularmente de alta calidad, pero como eso no era lo que estaba buscando, quedé más que satisfecho con el precio.

The specific hotel is just 20 minutes driving from the Cebu airport. Its location is excellent. I can say that it was a small paradise. There is a huge pool with a bar that you can spend your day. The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was huge. The room was amazing, very clean. The Cara Spa was excellent with professional staff. Also, the Nonki restaurant offers one of the best sushi i have ever tried. Thank you for making our honeymoon so unique!

Es un gran hotel, pero creo que es un poco sobrepreciado. Parece claramente un hotel popular para coreanos. Disculpamos casi todos los huéspedes durante mi estancia aquí eran coreanos. Incluso partes del menú y las bebidas en el restaurante eran coreanos. El desayuno es un hotel decente y el personal es útil y amable.

Está a un corto trayecto en coche desde el aeropuerto, pero está en una zona complicada. Parece que podría completarse como hotel resort, pero hay pocas tiendas y restaurantes, por lo que no creo que sea adecuado para estancias prolongadas. Absolutely loved the vibe of the hotel. The gym instructor Paolo had amazing classes. Lloyd showed excellent standards of hosting at dinner time. Ralph, in the bar, made sure to keep our glasses filled. Jarred, a big thank you. It was the first time we felt such great service in a restaurant. Perfect stay two-night stay. I think this duration was good.

What an underwhelming experience staying at Movenpick Mactan. I had two reasons for booking at Movenpick after reviewing their website. I am a member of the loyalty program that Movenpick is associated. It wasn't until after I booked that I found out that the ACCOR Live Limitless loyalty program did not apply to this particular Movenpick hotel. My wife and I were celebrating our birthdays as well as wedding anniversary so when I saw the Ibiza facility on the website we were excited that this would be a celebration/vacation to remember. We soon found out after arrival that the Ibiza precinct had been damaged in a typhoon 3 YEARS AGO (2021) and had not reopened. I questioned an executive about the possible misleading information on the website and was told that it takes about 1 year to remove it from the website (really????) and another year to have it uploaded again so it was left there offering an experience that wasn't there. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff at all outlets were friendly helpful and very courteous. The same cannot be said of the snacks (spring rolls) near the pool that were served overcooked. The club sandwiches were delicious. Our anniversary dinner Crispy Pata and Pochero were bland and not up to what we would expect from a five star hotel kitchen. It was an underwhelming experience. If you want filipino food then walk to the entrance and diagonally opposite is the Morning Glory restaurant which we visited and enjoyed a delicious array of filipino cuisine.
