«因為蘭馬自己早早的就預訂了這家老牌四星酒店，離蘭馬起點就3公里多點很方便，比賽當天騎車或者跑步過去都很便捷，早上還可以多睡一會兒，酒店的設施相對老舊，但是進到屋裡給人的感覺就是乾淨整潔，特別是還專門為我們遠道而來的跑馬人準備了暖心歡迎套餐（一個精緻水果盤、兩個牛奶、兩個酸奶、兩瓶礦泉水，還有一個專門給跑者的歡迎提示牌）。自己出門倉促沒帶刮鬍刀，一個電話到前台，不消片刻服務人員就送到房間了。對了，早上還有專門的跑者早餐，可惜我自己吃的泡麪。體驗確實很棒。下次再來蘭馬這裏就是定點酒店了！感謝酒店方面提供的貼心服務，太用心了！»

«We weren’t happy when our suite that was advertised as smoking clearly had signs of smoking in the suite, smelling like smoke, and equipment for smokers. When front desk was confronted about the marks of put out cigarettes on the furniture and ashtray, she merely stated that no room exchange was possible due to ashtrays being in every room whatever that meant. I don’t know if it was because it was around 2am that we checked in but the next morning the front desk had a much better customer service attitude.
The hotel itself feels somewhat polished and the lobby has a pretty stunning display, which is not a bad location for some photos of silk road style art and architecture.»

UUsuario invitadoBonito hotel junto a la línea 2 de la estación de metro Tuanjie Xincun, pero no al nivel de 5 estrellas. Nos alojamos por 3 noches, ya que había pagado por adelantado. No se habla inglés ni en la recepción ni en la cafetería del desayuno. La habitación estaba en el piso 26 con una vista magnífica hacia el sur. Habitación tranquila, pequeña y con poco espacio para colgar y sin caja de seguridad. El desayuno era chino y decepcionante. Bonita piscina cubierta climatizada, pero bastante llena de forasteros a los que se les permite nadar allí. Fantástico gimnasio con todo lo que puedas necesitar y todo para ti. Probablemente me quede aquí nuevamente por una noche si el precio era correcto. Como excursión de un día, fuimos a Bingling Si. Tome el metro hasta la estación QiLiHe en la línea 1. Camine hacia el este pasando KFC, tome el segundo paso elevado para peatones, gire a la derecha y luego a la izquierda después de los revendedores cerca de los baños públicos. Esta es la estación de autobuses de Lanzhou Oeste. Cogimos el autobús de las 9 am por 23 yuanes en efectivo únicamente y solo estaba disponible ese día. En el otro extremo, organizaron un coche para 4 personas por 320 yuanes. El último autobús regresa a las 5:30. Saldrá antes si está lleno. Cerca de la estación QiLiHe, excelente cafetería en 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. De regreso de la estación de autobuses, pase KFC, pase el Metro, gire a la izquierda en Jian Gong Xi Jie. Prueba el 'café sucio'

KKevan KeeganOnly ten minutes walk from Mayan metro station and a ten minute ride to Lanzhou West rail station for airport and bullet trains. Plenty of restaurants and food trucks in a short stroll including excellent BBQ Uyghur food opposite. Room was great size and tastefully modern while lobby area stunningly tranquil and zen.
Hotel is practically brand new as is the immediate city district and a few snagging problems still exist. In my room the AC Couod not be operated so a window was always open. And the fancy electronic WC appeared to have no electric connections as module didn’t work. In hall outside room there was ongoing minor repair to the flooring.
Amazingly good value for money and high standard Bed and bathroom plus enormous TV all working 100%.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel Hanting de Dazhong Lane tiene una ubicación excelente, justo en la calle peatonal. En la planta baja hay todo tipo de comida famosa en Internet. Después de comer, se tarda más de 10 minutos en llegar caminando al puente Zhongshan y, al otro lado del puente, se encuentra el parque Baita. Las habitaciones del hotel son de tamaño moderado y limpias, con ropa de cama cómoda. La señora de recepción fue considerada y atenta con los viajeros, y la habitación que organizó era muy tranquila por la noche. El encargado del vestíbulo nos ayudó con entusiasmo muchas veces con las indicaciones. El desayuno chino era pequeño pero exquisito, con un sabor casero. El café gratuito en el vestíbulo es muy fragante 👍

AAndieKhadaLa ubicación es buena, el personal es amable y capaz de hablar inglés, muy útil y agradable.
La habitación estaba decorada decentemente, pero había algunas inconvenientes que no esperaría de Hilton. La habitación era muy caliente (27 grados Celsius) mientras el ac estaba funcionando todavía sentía demasiado caliente. Las matracas se sentían algo diferente de otros hoteles Hilton. Luché dormir y me desperté toda la noche.
La velocidad de Internet está cerrada detrás de una afiliación de Hilton (2025, con Wi-Fi cerrado detrás de la afiliación es loco)
El baño no tenían baños cerca, si quieres tomar un baño y lavarte tú mismo tendrás que salir del baño y llegar al gel de ducha o cualquier otra cosa que necesites o traer tus baños con usted y ponerlos junto al baño antes de entrar.
La vista era agradable, sin embargo, el sofá delante de las grandes ventanas con vistas a la ciudad tenía pinturas y puntos oscuros en ella, lo que hace un poco incómodo sentarse sobre ella durante demasiado tiempo.

UUsuario invitadoI chose to stay close to the airport so that I can bound a flight easily to diffrent places. The hotel is also within 15 minutes walk to Lanzhou new area railway to give me easy train ride (40 minutes) to Lanzhou west (main) station. The only down side is if you are coming back late, there are very limited trains to the new area railway, and nothing to Zhongchuang airport railway either except private ride (around 75 km, price is 28 yuan for the shared ride or 200 yuan for solo). However, once you can manage to get to the airport, there will be free shuttles from the hotel just by calling to their friendly staffs. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone. I really appreciate the visions of the hotel founder (his book can be found when you enter the room :) who successfully created hotel homes for travellers. I felt comfortable and home there.

The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

TTraveling BritFirst of all the hotel is in a great location, right next to Lanzhou centre (with direct access) near the gansu museum and gansu women and children's hospital. If that's not enough it's also close to the subway station.
The rooms were spacious and clean and we felt very comfortable in them, the morning breakfast had plenty of options and was satisfactory. My only issue with this hotel is the elevator wait times (although that's not an issue with the hotel itself rather the building) when going from the ground floor to the hotel rooms we would often wait a few.minutes for the lift, when it arrived people would push infront ensuring no more space.
When I left the hotel at 10 in the morning it took me over 20 minutes to just get an elevator with space to go down, i tried taking the stairs but the doors were locked.
Overall a good hotel i wouldn't stay again just because of the elevator, everything else is perfect.

… this is the hotel to stay especially if you are an independent traveller!
Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions.
Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist.
The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle.
We are grateful and would like to thank the whole family for treating us like family during our short stay here!
