1. We stayed at level 15, the corridor have strong smell of dust. Recommend hotel to deep clean corridor.
2. Room is big, luxurious and comfortable.

First visit to Lanzhou and while I enjoyed the city - the hotel was far overpriced (Double Room - Executive Floor). Paying "Shanghai" prices in Lanzhou in Winter just seems crazy. For the price, I was expecting a 5-star experience, which it wasn't.
The executive lounge was comfortable, but not well stocked with drinks or snacks. The main lobby has some kind of 'perfume' or fragrance in the air, which was unpleasant. The guest room was excessively warm, even with the windows open.
HIGH POINT - Breakfast Buffet was outstanding. And the breakfast staff excellent. Housekeeping staff also very friendly, and helpful.

沒什麼短板也沒什麼亮點（蘭州）
萬達系的高端酒店，各方面都還可以，作為開業十多年的酒店各方面保養的都還不錯，但以現在的眼光來看，驚艷之處確實不多，唯一令我眼前一亮的可能就是房間的層高了，目測三米五左右，這是真敞亮[笑哭]
酒店位置緊鄰高速口，寧卧莊、希爾頓都在這條街上，要説方便吧那確實方便，但不挨着黃河，對外景有要求的客户肯定去凱悦了，同樣不靠河邊的希爾頓人家樓層高啊，五十多層視野相當通透，絕對不是二十層能比的。
硬件設施該有的都有，主打中西結合的裝修風格，三分離衞浴、游泳池、健身房毫不含糊，一樓超大挑空的大堂搭配上屋頂巨型吊燈，豪華感撲面而來。不過房間內部的一些陳設佈置就有些不盡如人意了，首先智能化做的很一般，這種檔次酒店沒有電動窗簾的還真是不多；其次就是房間佈局太過平庸，就是千篇一律那種結構，這還是前台給升級的行政房型，我也搞不懂這個跟普通的有什麼區別。。。；最後就是一些細節問題，比如淋浴間門的擋水條都快掉了，而且門的下邊框距離地面高度太低，門口放地巾關門都費勁。總結一下就是不會讓你失望，但也沒什麼驚喜。
服務方面還是可以的，前台小姑娘説話温温柔柔的，入住和退房辦理都比較迅速，與門口迎賓溝通停車事宜也都比較順暢。
至於跟蘭州其他幾家競爭對手比，個人感覺沒什麼優勢，主要還是看價格吧，如果價格一樣我大概率不會選這裏。

這次旅行最讓我驚喜的，就是這家酒店。剛進門，那種撲面而來的奢華感直接把我拿捏住了，每一寸空間的佈局、每一處裝飾的挑選，都把高端兩個字展現得淋漓盡致，細節更是拉滿，處處透露着國際頂級的審美和品質，不愧是酒店界的天花板。
前台的鮮俊豪Leo小哥哥，我必須給他一個大大的贊！辦理入住的時候，他麻溜兒地就把手續辦好，還熱情地給我安利了當地超好吃的美食店和小眾又好玩的景點，真的太貼心了。後來我有問題找他，他總是笑臉相迎，回答得又快又詳細，讓我心裏暖烘烘的，就像在家一樣自在。
這次入住體驗滿分到不能再滿，下次再來這邊，想都不用想，這家酒店必須是我的首選！

這家酒店位置超讚，離火車站高鐵站都不是很遠，出門就是萬達廣場，吃飯很方便，而且酒店也有中餐和自助餐，交通超級便利，房間衞生乾淨，床品舒適，設施周全，Doris的服務也很周到貼心，總之這次出行很舒心！
