It's a new hotel, located in the old street of Lanzhou, about 500-600m from the metro station, very convenient to travel around Lanzhou downtown and surrounding.
The services at the F & B was not friedly, thank you.

酒店就在蘭州老街裏面，旁邊老街很好逛又安靜，酒店環境整潔高級，房間智能設施齊全，床品質量好，睡的超級舒服，酒店的紫蘇蜀葵前台小姐姐超級好看，服務也很好，這個價格我覺得性價比已經拉滿，無人能敵，推薦一定要來住，去哪裡也都很方便

服務效果很好。入住就給免費升級了房間，但是房子裏面發現了頭髮工作人員處理及時並給更換了房間，還送了兩瓶水，環境很安靜，但是早餐還是想提個建議， 9點多就沒有什麼菜了。掛着麪的牌子，但是沒有面了。希望改進！

房間地面可能上一波旅客撒的帶糖的飲料，穿拖鞋黏鞋，又喊服務員給重新拖的，不過體驗不是太好。房間桌子腿上也有粘液，離店時還有。我沒有往房間帶任何飲料或食物湯汁。
應該表揚一下餐廳的師傅，早上我要了一碗牛肉麪，可能碗外邊有油或我的手沒拿住，一下子拿倒了牛肉麪碗。接着師傅又給做了一碗，我心想這次要謹慎端碗，別再撒了。這次是確定碗外邊有牛肉麪的油，兩手也沒抓住，到餐桌中途碗掉在地上，不知有沒有其他旅客出現過這個現象的嗎，我應該是有幾年沒出現過這種情況的啦。
中午在外邊買了一碗牛肉麪，是那種碗口坡度較大的，端起來不易滑脱那種，另外洗乾淨碗周圍的油以防高温油起到潤滑作用不容易端碗。如果酒店能調整一下碗更好，以防類似客人再出現打碗現象。

第一次在蘭州住麗楓，體驗感很好，房間很大，很温馨。蜀葵和羅勒兩個小姐姐服務很好，整體環境也不錯，大廳安靜，房間內也安靜，靠陽面也不吵下次出差還住這裏。
