從成都過來滑雪，很多雪友都會選擇這家酒店，服務很好，可以免費寄存行李雪板，房間乾淨，人工智能也很好用，每天都會有人打掃衞生。關鍵是在蘭州站下火車後坐地鐵可以直接到酒店門口，交通便利。另外，如果是在龍山滑雪場滑雪，每天每間房多交30元，酒店就可以安排小巴車接送雪友（早上9點酒店出發，下午17點從雪場返回）一間房多交30，如果是兩人入住，相當於一個人才15就可以享受酒店的專車接送滑雪，對雪友非常友好。

設施：有智能馬桶，還有加濕器對外地來甘肅旅遊的人很友好，冬天來也不會睡醒流鼻血，床也很舒服
衞生：衞生很乾凈，衞生間還有床單沒有異味，邊邊角角衞生都很可以
環境：離地鐵站很近，客房在裏面隔音很好挺安靜的，走廊裏麪也很乾凈，沒有任何異味
服務：前台還有阿姨服務非常好，要的水還有筷子送得很到位，很禮貌，非常感謝酒店工作人員，非常愉快的一次居住體驗

在高層能夠通過窗户看到遠處，讓心情變得更好了店裡空間非常大，環境氛圍非常好，整個過程下來真的非常舒服裝修非常有風格，分成小區域，挺隱祕的，感覺蠻不錯環境很考究，看出來有精心設計過，讓人眼前一亮項目非常齊全，能夠滿足一家人的需求了，遛娃好去處

一進門服務就很差，接待我的是白色襯衫女孩子的，辦理入住的房間不在辦理入住大廳樓上，而是在後麪的一幢樓，很不方便，其他的我都忍了，最不能忍受的就是床單上有男士的短髮，之後我看到床頭上有店長電話，我打通了，是個男店長告訴我是客房大姐的頭髮，然後告訴我有好幾個短髮服務員，好幾個？你們是短髮協會的嗎？還有早餐，很簡陋，幾乎沒有什麼吃的，牛肉麪很難吃！！！感覺硬件，軟件都不行

首先，我想談談關於服務態度的問題。作為一名經常外出的旅客，我深知酒店行業的微笑服務對於提升顧客滿意度的重要性。然而，在這家分店，我遇到的工作人員似乎並未將這一服務理念貫徹始終。他們的表情冷漠，甚至在某些時刻顯得有些不耐煩，這樣的服務態度無疑給我的住宿體驗打了折扣。我理解每個人都有自己的情緒，但作為服務行業的一員，保持基本的職業素養和親和力是必不可少的。我衷心希望貴品牌能夠加強對員工的培訓，讓每一位員工都能以飽滿的熱情和真誠的微笑迎接每一位客人。
另外，我想就宣傳圖片與實際不符的問題發表一些看法。在預訂時，我被貴分店官網或第三方平台上的精美圖片所吸引，那些温馨的房間佈置、精緻的裝飾細節都讓我對即將到來的住宿充滿了期待。然而，當我真正踏入房間時，卻發現實際情況與圖片存在較大的差距。這種落差感讓我感到有些失落和不滿。我理解為了吸引顧客，適當的美化是不可避免的，但我認為，作為一家負責任的酒店品牌，應該保持宣傳的真實性和準確性，避免給顧客帶來不必要的誤解和失望。
最後，關於早餐的問題。我注意到這家分店提供了兩份早餐作為額外的福利，我猜測這可能是為了鼓勵顧客留下好評。然而，我認為，作為一家優秀的酒店，提供優質的早餐服務本身就是其應盡的職責之一，而不應將其視為換取好評的手段。當然，我非常感謝這份意外的驚喜，但更希望看到的是早餐的品質和種類能夠滿足不同顧客的需求和口味。

酒店總體感覺不錯，物超所值，房間衞生搞，智能馬桶，燈光 電視 窗簾 生活訊息服務均實現AI智能管理，蘭州空氣略顯乾燥但房間配有加濕器，店家想的周到。尤其早餐更是亮點，主要品種每天不重樣，點贊點贊！
不足之處:房間衹有一把椅子，太少了，大床房床太高了，坐在床邊總向下溜，很不舒服！！！！！
拒絕店家格式化的，千篇一律的回覆！！！
