An XLRI graduate, the call of the wild brought him back to the mountains and he quit his corporate life to devote himself to eco-tourism and to promote its growth in Uttarakhand.

Tucked away in Lansdowne which is adored for its little hamlets and countryside roads, Resort is the outcome of a dream of Mr. Pankaj Shah. An XLRI graduate, the call of the wild brought him back to the mountains and he quit his corporate life to devote himself to eco-tourism and to promote its growth in Uttarakhand.
Set in an area of five and a half acres, the resort is just what you need after the cramped apartments and traffic-ridden roads of the city. Pankaj believes in sustainable tourism and strives to inculcate eco-friendly practices at Resort. He also organizes camps and teaches people a few basics of organic farming.
Every person who comes to these camps plants a tree and pays for its upkeep. Consequently, they have managed to plant more than 5000 trees of mangoes, guavas, lemons, apples and berries. Imagine if every person thought like this, would we be cribbing about global warming?
