Welcome to our newly remodeled 3BR home with modern luxury furnishings, washer/dryer, gated parkings, business class Internet and wifi 6 coverage perfect setup for work from home or staycation. Centrally located in the heart of downtown Lancaster, walking distance to the BLVD coffee shops, and restaurants, movie theaters, and minutes away from Hwy 14 entrance! We are committed to make sure your stay is enjoyable so please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything! Our 3BR home is completely remodeled in 2022. It offers a fully stocked kitchen with brand new top of the line appliances, luxurious modern Ashley leather sofa set, AC, laundry room, 55" Samsung smart TV with spectrum TV services, fast mesh network WiFi (~450Mbps), comfortable memory foam queen bed, bamboo pillows, etc. The house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay. To ensure we have a safe and secure place for everyone staying with us. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 around the perimeters of the house. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us through the app if there are any changes in advanced. Please note, you will be sharing the backyard with guests from a separate unit which is a completely detached guest house. However, you will barely notice if there is anyone there since the unit has a completely separate entrance and parking. We also kept our cleaning supplies in the laundry room, so our housekeeper might occasionally come in to get their supplies. We will ask everyone to respect the privacy of each others and our neighbors, no outdoor activities during the quiet hours between 10:00pm to 8:00am. For insurance purpose, please put down the exact amount of people who will be staying after midnight. Finally, our backyard is still work in progress, we are currently planning on the dream outdoor space.
