I travel a lot with work but in all my travels I have never come across the perfect room until now! Ok, not cheap but for the price you pay the attention to detail is outstanding and well worth the money (even if the company is paying). I stay in some of the top brand hotels that charge more for less. Massively recommend 👌

We were treated to an excellent upgraded overnight stay with a gorgeous meal to celebrate our anniversary. The room is luxurious with a lovely view of the river,decorated with a balloon and a delicious celebration brownie cake was in the room for our arrival. Thank you so much for spoiling us, we were very touched by the thoughtful touches. Our evening meal on the simply squiffy menu was so tasty with lots of choices and wine included. The French martini cocktails were amazing. The ambience of the restaurant and the fantastic staff are the icing on the cake. This all combines to ensure a special experience. Thank You to Rob, Laura and Sammy for making this visit a special treat.

Beautiful rooms with a great looking restaurant.Clean, professional and great location. stunning decor and comfy bed with fantastic team looking after you.Free parking and only 5 minutes stroll to town. definitely book here again when returning to lancaster.

QSF - Quite Simply Fantastic! What an absolute gem. A beautifully thought out suite with a river view (Ashton Suite). Every detail was considered and attention to detail was second to non. Clean and pristine. Although a higher end price, it was worth every penny. It made the stay a very memorable experience.

Lovely hotel great staff. We had an excellent dinner in the cosy restaurant with an extensive menu. Our room was very well equipped with lots of lovely little extras a decent size good shower. It’s not far off the motorway so a good stopping off point. Would highly recommend.

Lovely boutique hotel in a good location close to the city centre. The room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable with modern technology throughout. We were warmly greeted on arrival and all the staff we came into contact with during our stay were welcoming, friendly, efficient and very helpful. The dinner menu provided a good choice of dishes and the service and food were excellent as was the wine selection. Breakfast was equally as good. There is restricted parking at the front of the hotel but we were provided with a permit for the pay and display car park behind the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again if in the area.

Really lovely hidden gem, quality service and wonderful room. A short walk into town a wonderful view for breakfast. Really impressed with the room, spacious, modern, and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Quite Simply French hotel was such a wonderful experience. From check in to check out we received excellent service. The rooms were stylish, clean and very well presented. I would definitely recommend this hotel due to the simple factor that there is nothing else like it in the area. It caters to all needs and not to mention the delicious meal at the restaurant which never fails to disappoint. From friendly staff, a wide variety of choices on the menu and an extraordinary wine selection you are spoilt for choice. The little details go a long way in the hotel with a luxurious bath, I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. Cannot wait to book again.

Impromptu family meal out at the famed QSF. Menu was very basic with a big bias towards steak. I decided not to order any food. Others in my party felt they were required to order. The food can and looked nice enough and it was all eaten, however, for the price I did feel that little attention was given to presentation and we only received a very rudimentary, albeit polite service from the waiting staff.
