You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located terrace. A drive to park on, private garden to play or relax in. Footstep to the Lakes, door step to Morecambe Promenade, Arnside and Kendal. Historic Lancaster with its Castle, Priory and Williamson park are all within walking distance of our front door. Canal walks are on your doorstep with views over the city centre. Williamson Park with its butterfly house, play ground and cafe everything a family would love. This terrace boasts a long sunny garden to play or relax in, enjoy a morning coffee on the sunken patio or an alfresco dinner. Clean light & bright rooms with all the required amenities. The master bedroom is light ,bright with a minimalistic feel. It has space to hang your clothes contemporary bed side tables to place your glass of wine and a double bed to relax in. The second bedroom with its cosy feel contains 2 single beds with views over the garden. On opening the front door you be greeted by a deceptively large bright living dining space. With views of the kitchen beyond. Relax on one of the comfy sofas whilst watching the 50inc tv or enjoy a take away. Virgin TV and full Fibre Wifi, ideal for work or play. A narrow drive to park your car on and access to the rear of the house. Guest have access to the whole house, garden and drive area. Other things to note Pets are allowed in the downstairs and garden areas of the property. No pets are allowed upstairs or on the sofas. This is a victorian terrace and does have the original stair case in which some may find steep if they have mobility issues. Within close proximity of the property are - Supermarkets (lidl and Sainsburys). Take aways. An excellent find This is a lovely property to stay at, good rooms and amenities all provided. An excellent location close to the city centre - an easy walk. Excellent communication with the host which is always reassuring. Lovely to have access to the garden as when we stayed the sun was shining. Would definitely recommend staying here!

As another guest mentioned the parking was difficult. We tried to find the parking at the back of the house but we couldn’t find it. We were lucky that we found a street parking near the house. House was clean and there was nothing to complain about the house. We stayed there for a night only so it was ok.

Perfect hosts and stay We had an amazing stay for my partners birthday. Phil went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. My partner was over the moon and loved it. The house is wonderful and in a perfect spot!

Great house, in walking distance of the town. Very comfortable. Well appointed, but parking wasn't easy, a very tight space.

Lancaster house with beautiful backyard. Three of us stayed in the house and enjoyed the stay. We contacted the landlord and he identified restaurants and pubs to eat at. We ate at the White Cross and had a absolutely wonderful five star meal. We would definitely rent this property again if we return to Lancaster.
