We were very comfortable, the apartment was very clean and its location is excellent. The staff was kind and helpful. We really like this place, as a matter of fact ,we have been here more than once and will surely be again in the future. A quiet , relaxing place to stay.

Exceptionally good communication throughout from Marta. Location was perfect for exploring Lancaster and the size of the two floor accommodation was fantastic, really spacious. Parking was outside, booked in advance at an extra cost but cheaper than the closest car park. Very clean and modern with all amenities you could need to make your stay a comfy one. The perfect bolthole! Thank you Marta, we will definitely return. 😊

Lovely Apartments I found here, fully self catering and self contained with parking at rear, all which I like but not cheap but not terribly expensive either. I telephoned to make enquiries and a man answered all my queries, thank you, nice. I would use if I return again.

Expensive serviced apartments but beautiful & worth it if want to treat self with allocated parking right outside back, secure units in central city of York, 24 hour telephone helpline answered my questions

My family and I relocated to the UK for the first time from Canada. Following renting some Airbnbs and a hotel finally found Mr. Joe as the owner of this amazing serviced apartment in the heart of Lancaster. Since I needed neat and fully serviced accommodation near to the city center and my working place in the hospital with a fair price, this place had whatever we could consider the best for our long-term stay. Joe and the internal manager Mr. Bale did whatever one needs for a long stay. A fantastic front desk lady, pampered us like a close relative from the day first. Mr. Joe has a strong character and is a fair person. I definitely suggest this serviced hotel for a short or long stay as it has all facilities for cooking and laundry at a fair price in the strata.

We were all very happy with King St Serviced Apartments—from the high quality of the flat to the location, couldn’t want better, from cleanliness to great shower. But has to be the service—so helpful and responsive, even on a Sunday night. Very grateful!
