I called Westmont Hospitality Group-WHG about this issue only to find out this is not a real Westmont (they just slapped the name on there) -I was only there for 45 minutes. This was a day before a hurricane, I went to drop off some food for my cousin who was seeking shelter at this motel. As I was leaving a woman stopped me, who said she was the owner came and yelled at me because I didn’t see their 3x5 index card that says “no visitors”, as if I would have comply to this ridiculous request in the middle of a natural disaster. Don’t stay here. Seeing as how I couldn’t leave a complaint with WHG I went ahead and made a complaint to DPBR about other issues I saw with this motel. While filing the complaint, I found that DPBR has been to this location multiple times because of verified consumer complaints.
