The bungalow features stylishly designed bedrooms that have been fully remodeled to offer modern comforts while retaining the character of the original architecture. With sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests, it's perfect for families or groups of friends looking to experience Lakeland in a comfortable and homely setting. Walking distance to Lake Hollingsworth! Pet Friendly with a fenced in back yard! √ Bedroom One The centerpiece of the modern themed bedroom is a lavish, queen sized bed adorned with crisp linens that promise a restful night's sleep. It has a large closet with extra pillows and blankets, along with storage space for extended stays. It has black-out curtains, which make it great for sleeping in. The night tables are complete with charging stations for convenient charging for your devices. √ Bedroom Two: This Boho Chic bedroom comes with a queen sized bed with soft linens and Roku Smart TV. It has a large closet and storage space for extended stays. It has black-out curtains, which make it great for sleeping in. √ Bedroom Three: This bedroom has one twin sized bed with an additional twin sized pull out bed. It, also, has blackout curtains, which make it easier to sleep in. √ Living Room: Relaxation takes center stage in the living room. Crack open one of many books from the bookshelf for a good story, or select your favorite movie or tv show on the large Roku Smart TV, which stands ready for your entertainment needs. √ Kitchen: The kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with everything you need to unleash your inner chef. Whether you're whipping up a meal from scratch or reheating leftovers, you'll find all the tools you need. For coffee enthusiasts, you’ll find a Keurig with a variety of coffees, teas, and creamers. √ Extras: - Dining room table for 6 - Game room with a guitar, board games, card games, and lots of books to read, including options such as history and gardening, as well as information about Lakeland and Polk County. - 2 Car garage - Grill - Large outdoor dining table - Washer and dryer (supplies included) - Pet friendly fenced in backyard! Guest access While you'll have access to almost the entirety of our delightful space, we do have a locked closet for supplies for the property. √ Guest access: Keyless entry and self check in on your own time, which makes it super convenient to access at any time. √ Early check-in/late check-out: We'll do our best to grant special requests, but we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to make every request happen.
