UUsuario invitadoEn absoluto, un lugar maravilloso durante el viaje en Tekapo, que tiene espacioso espacio y cocina incorporada que es fácil de cocinar para usted, porque el mercado de cuartos más cercano es sólo 10 minutos a pie. El hotel es un hotel de autoservicio y muy fácil de inspeccionar después de recibir su contraseña desde su correo electrónico hasta acceder a su casa separada.

美美思_LLa ubicación del hotel está a 3-4 minutos en coche de la Iglesia Pastoral, pero hay más hoteles populares similares alrededor. Se recomienda quedarse en el día, a las noches, muy oscuro, fácilmente encontrar el lugar equivocado.
Las instalaciones del hotel son muy nuevas, hay un equipo de comida e incluso un ascensor para quemar. La limpieza de la habitación es satisfactoria, el dueño de la tienda es muy intimidad, con unas cucharas y un telescopio.
El coche puede estar en el espacio vacío al lado del hotel.
Con lavadoras que pueden utilizarse (en espacio público)
En general, diez puntos satisfactorios, y la próxima vez que lo haga, seguirá optando por vivir.
Con una mención, la pintura de la habitación es hermosa.

KKa KaThe stay was good, nice location. Just the kitchen too pack especially during dinner time. Kitchenware (pans, bowls cutleries etc) provided in the room we have to bring it down to the kitchen every time we need to prepare food in the kitchen.

JJacq SGreat Stay Near Lake Tekapo!
The unit was sparkling clean and spacious, with a lovely courtyard to enjoy. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest.
Contrary to some reviews, no deposit was required, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is fantastic—less than a 5-minute drive to Lake Tekapo—and parking right in front of the unit was very convenient. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.
The facilities were great overall especially kitchen amenities and 2in1 washer with dryer!
The dish wash machine helps lot on the kitchen cleaning work!
The only suggestion I have for improvement would be to add a fence in the shower area to separate the wet and dry zones, which would make it even better.
Overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

CCharm-HUGE space. Thankfully the rooms were on the first level and the living room was on the second level so we did not have to lug the luggages up stairs. Only had one toilet for two rooms, wish there could be more toilets. Otherwise, everything was pretty clean. There was also a space with alpacas and lamb facing the room. Near the main lake tekapo shops. (Just across the road)

Relatively near the main tekapo area (1 min drive).
House was spacious.
Cons:
The wifi password was handwritten badly and it was a guessing game to get the password. Also uncontactable via email.
No barricade around the house and there’s other houses right next door. People could walk by your room / house windows and peer in. Which was what happened to me twice. Zero privacy unless curtains are fully drawn.

FFayreWe are couple with a 5 year old girl. We paid SGD697.85 (Singapore dollar) for staying 2 nights in this “2 bedroom apartment” as stated.
3 points here to explain the terrible experience.
1. tv remote is not working. I don’t mind the owner making excuse like “ replied customer’s message within 20mins…..” but they actually took 29mins to reply (19:10 till 19:39). In fact, they didn’t manage to change the tv remote in the end. So I stayed 2 nights without using the TV!
2.there is no clear and obvious description that this “2 bedroom apartment” is actually an adjoining unit which means when u walked into the front door then there are 2 doors link to split parts of the apartment. The problem of adjoining units are thin walls are used to split the apartment into 2 small units. When u stay in this kind of apartment, u have to endure all kind of noises from whoever staying in neighboring rooms. We had 2 days enduring guesting from the other room shouting, slamming the door, kids screaming like crazy both early in the morning and afternoon!
3. When I reflect this bad experience with trip.com customer service, this hotel responded like they have no fault at all and played with words. This attitude makes us feel like being fooled. We paid money to expect to stay in an apartment with privacy and quiet environment but indeed we had such a bad experience!
In this market, if it’s an adjoining unit, they should not charge at the rate as if it’s an entire apartment.
I’m alright that they rejected to refund the extra amount they charged. Just have to reflect the facts in the review.

UUsuario anónimoいい場所で素敵な滞在ができました。テカポ湖や湖畔のスーパーマーケットからも近く、夜は家の庭から星が見えました。周辺は宿が集まっているエリアでしたが静かに過ごすことができ、安心できました。室内も清潔でバスルームが二つ、寝室も二つあり、リビングがとても広かったです。室内用スリッパがあったので靴を履き替えて過ごしましたが、土間がもう少し広いとより良いかなと思います。ただとてもよい時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございます。

However, the sound insulation condition is bad and will interact with the guests on the other side of a thin wooden door. The most difficult thing to understand is the area is less than 40 square meters, but the introduction says 80 square meters. The owner and trip.com should correct the information.

The house is located by the lake, five minutes away from the Church.
Johnathan gave us a big help for our dinner in the house.You can easily cook in the kitchen.
You can see the Milky Way in the yard, and it is very convenient to watch the stars at night in the house garden.
Really quiet at night,the house gave us a sweet dream with a soft bed.
Highly recommended! ! !
