Hiawatha Manor West at Lake Tansi

Every single bed was Dirty unmade .dishes were still dirty from last guest .half the stove worked only and also no WiFi all week long called the front office. They said it was getting worked on. It never did get fixed so call back couple days later and they said that they didn’t even offer Wi-Fi

The property was great, cozy and gave me the feeling of staying in a cabin. The staff was was very friendly and informative. Always greeted with a smile and helpful. Will be staying again.

We traveled 4 hours with our family to get here & I almost had to walk out and find a hotel the first night. But because we had our babies/twins & 2 children, I stayed put spite how old & dirty the unit felt. The furniture & bedding needs to be hauled off to the dump. The beds & bedding are so old. My husband's back couldn't take the bed & slept 2 nights on the filthy couch. There is a pool there on site but the really good pool is not on the property. Needless to say, we ended our stay earlier than planned & went to another town.

Kids were bored and very disappointed. As the parents we were very disappointed. Will not come back. Super 8 is a better option

We see they are updating and changing things over, the staff was very informative during check in. Love the feeling of our own private area for our family to enjoy as we wanted. The distances from Nashville and Pigeon forge was pretty equal so got to spend time in both locations and see all sorts of cool things! Will definitely be back for another family vaction!!

We were greeted by Tim, the GM, on our arrival and shown to our cabins. The grounds were neat and maintained in a natural way. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy each other's company, while we prepared our Thanksgiving meal. A couple of us use walkers, but Tim and his crew had made sure that the steps had new rails for guest safety. There is even a bar-and-grill on the property with yummy food at excellent prices. Every time we had a question, Tim was ready to answer. He had already let us know that the resort was going through a transition, so we were prepared for a homier-type atmosphere where we might have to navigate some difficulties. However, we did not have any significant challenges. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at Hiawatha Manor East this past Thanksgiving!
