Booked a last minute stay at the Haus after reading the reviews here. Yulia was a pleasure to deal with given the short notice. It was a one night stay in suite 7 which we highly recommend, but be aware there are a lot of stairs (38 according to my 11 year old daughter lol). Suite was spacious and a late check out was given as we needed to transfer to our other hotel. Some minor inconveniences like no napkins/paper towels and a toilet that barely flushed but did not detract from the amazing views, prime location and hospitable staff. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

We've been visiting LP every summer for the past 6-7 years. Came across this beautiful property last year, and have stayed here on 3 occasions already. Location - the best location you can ask for quite honestly. It's on Main St right on the lake, close to everything (Players, Emma's Ice Cream - quick 5 minute walk to the beach). The apartments are very well maintained and stocked. Housekeeping does a great job (please remember to tip them generously during your stay!). Yuliia, the manager, is a pleasure to deal with. If we have any question before or during our stay, she is quick to respond. Honestly, I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Always a pleasure staying here.

We’ve been to Lake Placid before but usually stay at one of the big hotels. We chose the Haus this time because we wanted something different and it was advertised as a boutique hotel. We were very happy making the switch. The location on Main Street is perfect as many restaurants are within walking distance. Our suite had a full kitchen, which allowed us to have a quick breakfast in the room before heading to Whiteface to ski. Most importantly, it just felt like we had the place to ourselves rather than sharing it with a hundred other guests. We highly recommend the Haus for your next visit to Lake Placid.
