Rumbling Pointe has a natural sandy beach for easy lake access and a dock and boat house. This property has an active monitored fire, theft and water security system and eight active security cameras on premise. Two cameras are pointed to the driveway facing the gate and road and a second pointed down the driveway towards the house. One camera faces down the rear stairs towards the boathouse. One camera faces towards the boat house and the lake shore. One camera faces the HVAC equipment and the south side of the house. Two cameras face north and south along the third floor balcony. And one camera faces north along the second floor balcony. No cameras face towards the interior of the home.
