Queen size air mattress is available to allow 2 more guests if desired. Main bath features double sinks and a tub/shower combo. Towels, soap, and shampoo are provided for your use if desired. Kitchen has everything you'd want in a kitchen. Osmosis system for drinking water and also is plumbed to the fridge for ice and water. Microwave, Oven and flat surface cooktop, dishwasher, and Fridge/Freezer. Laundry Room with washer and dryer. We've also provided a clothes steamer for your convenience. Outdoor patio has outdoor sofas, BBQ grill, pool and spa. 1/2 bath behind garage for pool/outdoor use. Outdoor fire pit with an amazing lake view. Back yard is on a large wash that gives privacy from backyard neighbors. Spa runs on a 3 hour cycle, if you'd like to heat the spa an additional charge for propane will be billed for every cycle you run. Pool towels are provided for your use. 55'x15' Boat or RV garage available for an additional nightly fee.
