Staff is super responsive and super friendly. We had several requests and they were there within 10 minutes to fix stuff and bring us stuff. Lots of amenities and lots of fun things to do and it was just perfect. Lots of pine trees and the area was just gorgeous. The super annoying thing is we had to pay $30 PER DAY extra automatically charged to us for the amenities. This was completely extra AFTER we had already paid for the resort and we were charged this on arrival. This was just very wrong and I was very upset about this. Everything else was just perfect.

We had a nice stay overall. Our unit had windows that are in need of repair and a sloped floor. The big negative was at check in when we were advised that a new policy had started and we had to pay additional fees.

Complete ghouls and scumbags. When a family member dies who is stuck in one of these horrible time shares, they aggressively take legal action against the living relatives to try and force continued maintenance payments. Multiple harassing letters from lawyers to every member of the family as they try to trick people into sending them free money.

Was a very nice room, the seating was not very desirable as the chairs for lounging were very uncomfortable. Its great to have a pull out couch, but sitting wise it was very uncomfortable and other available chairs were no better.

Ridiculous rip off scheme! I almost booked this location for a Mother’s Day trip. Luckily I read the reviews before confirming my week long stay here. I called the resort and was indeed informed that upon arrival I would be charged an automatic $30 per day amenity fee to cover the use of basics like the pool, clubhouse and “free” onsite parking. Now if I’m paying an extra $30 whether I use the amenities or not, is it really free? When I asked for contact information for Hilton corporate, the manager was unable to provide the information. In addition to the $549 for the exchange and extra vacation fee, I was informed that upon arrival I would be charged $221.59. There is nothing in writing that would have prepared anyone for this additional DAILY fee yet the manager insisted that it is posted on RCI when making the reservation. The disclaimer mentions a $30 fee but does not mention that it is a per day fee. Unbelievable! What a shameful way to nickel and dime customers and families looking to make memories with their loved ones. I suggest this resort familiarizes its staff with the definition of amenities and hospitality and begin to provide them both free of charge! Meanwhile I will take my business and money elsewhere!
