Holiday Inn & Suites Lake City

This is our fourth stay at this hotel and we really enjoy staying here. It's the halfway point between our state and Orlando. The rooms are clean the staff is very friendly, and caring. The hotel is well kept. The breakfast is good when we eat it, and there's a indoor pool that my nephew enjoyed. I consider this a family hotel.

I visit this location often for work. Most recently, I've had to stay two weeks in a row & gone home over the weekend & right back. Alexis & Ric at the front desk have never failed to take excellent care of me & never fail to greet me with a smile & a welcome back. The wait staff, the housekeeping staff, the front desk staff, & the security staff has always been spot on in all of my visits. There are other names that I haven't mentioned specifically, but it is clear that this team is "Guest" motivated & has amazing customer service skills. The only complaint at this hotel would be the sketchy elevators & wondering how long they will take & if I'll get stuck again on this trip.

Great place to stay. Can be a little pricey, but with a Holiday membership it's totally worth it. All upfront staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I cannot express how much I appreciate the hospitality. Always feels clean bathroom showers seem to always work well. Great soup options. I recommend the extended options for more room when traveling with more people. Indoor pool is great so when the weather may be bad, you have an option to use the nice gym or take a dip in the pool. Martha at the bar was awesome and def gave great tips on where to go eat and drink in town.

Quick overnight stay on our way to our destination. Hotel was clean and up to date. I did think it had a breakfast but it does not. Bed was great but would like to see the carpet gone. You never know what is in hotel carpet! Otherwise pretty good stay!

Front desk has a great friendly staff! My room was cleaned as needed! I would always stay here if I was ever in this city💙No problems during my stay! Bar downstairs. Staff was courteous. Parking was great! Pool and security was good. I recommend staying here💙

I would like to share the Excellent Customer Service which begin before I even arrived at the hotel, I made a mistake online and immediately called the property and spoke with "Brandy" who was extremely nice knowledgeable and helpful; my journey continues with "Alexis" who assisted me at the front desk when I arrived she was very patient with a bubbly friendly personality!! My family and I needed assistance with bedding supplies; I was on the elevator with "Shannon" who advised one she completed her task, she will be right up... and she did exactly what she said she would!! "Yennifer" was also extremely helpful; we translated through Spanish to English to Body sign language ,but guess what I'm still extremely satisfied!!! "Shamico" was very polite and helpful when I needed guidance and directions. Last but not least the kitchen staff "Adriana" and "Sissy" gave very excellent customer service with a smile and not to mention the "Chef", the food was delicious !!! The hotel was clean, the room and the overall accommodations were very nice!! Thanks for your Expertise and Hospitality... we will stay with you again and again when we are in town. Front desk staff was wonderful! Room was clean with very comfy beds and bar was a huge plus after traveling all day. Staff even texted to make sure room accommodations were great and with a 30 second lag in our AC maintenance was up within 1 minute of calling. Definitely recommend to anyone passing through or staying in Lake City

Megan at the front desk is the worst. I had to cancel my reservation due to her lack of knowledge and ability to speak to customers respectfully. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. She was super rude before I ever arrived so I had to call IHG to cancel because she also didn’t do this as requested!! *The manager Kathryn was great when I called to explain the situation the next morning. However, the girl Megan at the front desk actually lied and said her name was Monica. Terrible service from the front desk. *ended up at the Laquinta on NW Cali Dr ( basically across the street) the staff was AMAZING!! And the hotel was so nice!!

I stay here frequently for work travel, and it is always clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. The housekeeping staff do a great job, especially Jing. I go out of my way to be sure I stay here when I'm in the area.
