This cozy 2-story duplex is centrally located and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only 4 miles from casinos and walking distance to McNeese State University campus. THE SPACE Come stay in your beautiful, lux property, with all the amenities of home. Lots of extra touches to make you feel pampered. KITCHEN Unlike a hotel room, our kitchen is a full-size residential, fully-stocked kitchen and equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: • 4-burner electric range with 2-rack oven • microwave *air fryer • pots & pans • kitchen utensils (spatulas, knives, serving spoons) • kitchen gadgets (can opener, wine opener, measuring cups) • pizza pan • muffin pan • cake pan • hand-held mixer • 4-slice toaster • rice cooker • colander • mixing bowls • cutting boards • stemware/bar glasses • plates & bowls LIVING ROOM Open-concept floor plan. Living room has a sleeper sofa couch and we have additional bedding in the closet upstairs if someone needs it as a bed. YOUR PET — Pet Policy — You are welcome to bring your dogs on vacation, but they must be approved at the time of booking. The fee is $100, with a maximum of two dogs. (Dogs weighing 30 lbs. max) Note: your dog cannot disturb the neighbors. If your dog barks when you leave, you cannot leave the dog alone at the property. We want every guest to have a wonderful experience. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred. If you bring a dog that wasn’t pre-approved and we grant approval, the fee will increase to $100 per day per dog. NO CATS ALLOWED. An automatic $500 fine will be imposed, and you will be required to vacate the property immediately. **Service Animals. Special note on service animals**: If you are bringing a service animal, the service animal cannot be left alone at the property and must be with you at all times. A service animal must not be: Out of control Un-housebroken Left alone at the listing without prior approval Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under the guest’s control As per service animal guidelines, if you are bringing a service animal, you must prove the following information: What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform Whether the guest requires their service animal because of a disability What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform Please understand that if a service animal is left unattended, it will be considered a pet, and our standard pet policy, including any applicable fees, will apply. FOR AN EVENING IN You have a record player, board games, playing cards and puzzles for your enjoyment. LAUNDRY You will have a washer / dryer and laundry soap so packing light is an option. OUTDOOR SPACE Private backyard with sitting area. There are two parking spaces available directly in front of unit. Parking lot and backyard has outdoor security camera. BEDROOMS Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with ensuite bathrooms stocked with towels, full-size products, and blow dryer. Each bedroom has a TV with Netflix, streaming channels and WiFi. At our properties, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. HOUSE RULES are in place to ensure that every guest has a wonderful experience. NO CATS. No motorcycles/trailers/campers. No smoking. Only allowed in back yard. ***This property has 4 individual apartments and are close together. We ask that you be very respectful and considerate. No loud noise or music. No hanging out in parking lot. For any reason. No gatherings or parties. No crawfish/seafood boils on property. The only people allowed at this property are the persons registered for this booking.
