Dining table has space for 10. There is a full wall-size chalkboard behind table for games or drawing. Overall, the perfect floor for holidays and hosting. 2nd Floor has 2 furnished decks - one off the kitchen w/ 4 chairs and table and another off the living room with bar stools and table. 2nd floor has two bedrooms -- one with queen canopy (sleeps 2) & USB charging side tables and another bedroom with 2 twin day beds, one of which doubles as a cozy reading nook, complete with reading light, shelving and cozy curtains. A Roku smart TV, desk for working and black out curtains complete this bedroom. Both bedrooms share an updated, modern/rustic full bathroom with shower/tub and river rock flooring. Fully equipped Kitchen has microwave, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee/espresso maker, filtered water in mini-sink and fridge and ice maker. The 3rd floor family room has beautiful, vaulted ceilings and an adjoining deck with comfy seating. The family room has its own day bed (perfect for additional sleeping arrangement), a large brick fireplace with 'Arrowhead' detail, pro ping pong table, games, books, bathroom and laundry area with washer/dryer.
